Amazing place way up in the hills with a fantastic view and the most insane pool we’ve ever had with an Airbnb. Absolutely recommend a 4 x 4 to drive the roads to get there. It’s definitely in the middle of nowhere, but it was super quiet and we had howler monkeys at the pool every day. It was still relatively easy to get to Nosara to do a few tours and to hit Guiones beach. San Juanillo is a quick drive and totally off the beaten path.

We loved the place. The house is superb and spectacular with all the necessary amenities and more. I recommend this house without hesitating. The staff who made us meals were really very good as well as the food they prepared for us. The host is very friendly and proactive which gives us a pleasant and memorable stay. Hoping to come back soon. 😎❤️

We had a nice stay at Roman’s house. The house is beautiful, clean, the pools were great, and hosts are very nice and helpful. The house is located on a rough road 45 mins from Nosara so plan accordingly.

Roman was an incredible host and his home was absolutely stunning. it was a perfect location to unwind, see wildlife (monkeys, parrots, coati), enjoy the views, cook and spend time with family. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect Costa Rican getaway!

It was perfect! The house is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed and more! The pool and outdoor space are dreamy, and the surroundings are breathtaking. I started every day with yoga outside and a dip in the pool, then made breakfast in the very well-appointed kitchen. Oh, and the outdoor bathtub is just as glorious as it looks! Roman is an excellent host; he was welcoming and gave us so many helpful suggestions for where to grab groceries, fresh fish and meals, to all sorts of beaches to explore. It’s absolutely incredible! We highly recommend it. Pura Vida!

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Stay in Paradise!** Our stay was absolutely incredible! Each morning, we were visited by amazing wildlife—howler monkeys, coatis, and even vultures—making it feel like a true nature retreat. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The chef services from Jurguen and his team were outstanding! They prepared delicious breakfasts for us each morning and an unforgettable lobster dinner that we highly recommend. The pools were the perfect temperature, and the breathtaking views made every moment feel magical. The location was also ideal—just a short drive to the stunning San Juanillo Beach and its delicious local soda. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

MAGICAL, DREAMY, TROPICAL OASIS No words can really explain how incredibly amazing this Villa is! Hidden away in the hills just outside of Nosara is this absolute paradise! We came to Costa Rica to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday and had the most wonderful time! The villa is to such a high spec and has incredible details inside including the glass double shower in the main bedroom, outdoor showers and infinity pool. The villa is just simply stunning and the view was breathtaking. We hired a private chef for breakfast and dinner recommend to us by the host and it was amazing! The host Roman was so responsive and helpful with any questions we have! My most favorite host we have ever met on air b nb! We cannot wait to come back and visit and the memories we have made are ones we will treasure forever.

Staying at Black Beauty Villa was nothing short of magical. The views alone are worth every penny—panoramic and breathtaking, they make you feel like you’re in a dream. It’s clear that so much love and care have been put into making this house special. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need - plus things you didn’t even realize you’d want. From a fully stocked kitchen to beach towels and pool towels. The hosts have truly mastered the art of anticipating your needs, making the stay effortless and relaxing. If you’re looking for a place that combines jaw-dropping views with the comforts of home look no further than this.

Magical Place! It was what we expected and more!! Roman is a super host, very responsive and attentive. The house was beautiful and on a peaceful place. We had a great time.

Our group of 9 friends stayed here at Roman's villa for a week and had an incredible time. The villa is just as beautiful in person as it seems in the photos. The pools were clean and the perfect temperature. The villa is located in a gated area that feels very private and safe. Jurguen met us at the gate to show us to the villa and gave a helpful tour, and was also super responsive to anything we needed during our stay. One important note is that you'll need a vehicle. The closest store is about a 10 minute drive away for simple things. Nosara is about 40 minutes away where you can surf and larger supermarkets are around. There's a beach nearby, about a 10 minute drive as well. The roads are bumpy but nothing crazy at all if you have an SUV!

Roman's house is beautiful, it has a spectacular view of all the nearby beaches! it's a very comfortable house, it has everything you need and more. Nos Encanto todo but our favorite space was the social area on the terrace and its huge pool The attention and treatment were very good, they helped us solve our questions, they recommended us several places Thank you ! We'll be back soon

There are so many good things to say about this incredible home…I just don’t know where to start. The house and pool areas themselves are amazing, the view is spectacular, the surroundings are just so beautiful….we had multiple wildlife visits (monkeys, coatis and various birds)…that just completed the adventure. Our host was extremely attentive. We are definitely down for another visit if Roman will have us? The whole experience was one of…if not the best Airbnb we’ve ever had.

A great place to relax, a beautiful view, and an extra luxurious and beautiful home. Clean, fragrant, and well-equipped home. Host is always helpful and super responsive. I highly recommend it because everything is perfect ! We'll be back, and more than once.
