Everything was excellent, just as advertised. Good location, no hassle getting beach loungers, very comfortable.

Carlos is a great host, 100% recommended for families and children. The staff who helped us with the kitchen service were very attentive and responsible.

Exactly as described and as shown in the photos, the place is very clean, and we also hired Alejandra's service, the person who helped us with the cleaning; she was very friendly and left the apartment clean every day. The apartment was fully equipped, and there is also a restaurant downstairs that serves a very tasty breakfast at a good price. Covered parking with 24-hour access.

Everything was great, the view was amazing, highly recommended, we will definitely be back soon.

“The apartment is very nice and my family and I had a great time, we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I think could be improved is the service from the kitchen and cleaning staff. I had been told that the cleaning person would come daily, although they did not attend one day. We also hired two days of cooking paying 600 pesos per day, but on both occasions he forgot to prepare part of what was agreed upon and we did not receive the full service. The people who served us were always very friendly, but we felt that they lacked a little more focus on their activities, especially considering that we paid 500 pesos for cleaning and 600 for food. In addition, it was noticeable that they were in a hurry to leave at 3:00 pm, arguing that they no longer had transportation back. I think with a little more organization in these services, the experience would be perfect.”

The apartment is in a very good location. We had a setback with two A/Cs that were resolved quickly, so we didn't get hot. We were given the condominium rules in advance. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, even with 12 guests. Very comfortable to spend time together and share with the family. I would definitely stay at this place again! Nany and Monica's service was very good! Thank you for everything!!

Everything was excellent with Carlos and Nany. Nany is super nice, she supported us a lot. The only thing I would complain about, which is not in Carlos's hands, was the attitude of the guards and Mrs. Celina (condominium manager) since my aunt traveled with us (she is not my blood aunt but that's what I call her) and because of her religion she does not wear a bathing suit, since they do not allow it, so she went into the pool with shorts and a blouse. In fact, it was not right since there are rules, but the way the guards treated her was awful. They said she was our servant, when she was not, and Celina's treatment of her was discriminatory. Apart from that, everything was excellent. I highly recommend it. The view, the pool, and the apartment are beautiful.
