As a frequent traveler who often stays in Airbnbs, I’ve experienced a range of properties and hosts. Now while I don’t expect perfection, I do hope for a certain standard. Pros: - The beachfront location was very convenient and made going to and from the beach effortless. - Claudia, the facilitator of the stay, did her best to accommodate us the way she could. - the WiFi was great to work from there! Cons: - The number and type of beds listed were false as it only had 2 full beds (not “queen”). To say this property fits 6 is very misleading, my brother slept on a mattress on the floor. - The AC broke down twice, and repairs each time took hours. This was bad especially at night and in the morning heat. - property had holes, cracks in the walls, and visible stains everywhere. - The bathroom is tiny. The shower is directly next to the toilet (no border) and is unhygienic. - Host was unfriendly. I wish my experience was different but it’s evident the property needs significant work.

It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful and comfortable space, the beach right in front and a beautiful view, everything nearby. The space was very clean and cozy, Claudia was very nice and attentive, she is too accessible with the times. We were very happy and we will definitely be back to stay here.

The stay is very central, everything is a few steps away, there is a beach crossing the street, which allows you to have more comfort of going and leaving the accommodation, and there are several places to visit that are located nearby. As for the place, I think there are areas for improvement, for example in some inputs and furniture, such as single mats or some towels that are already seen with some details. But otherwise they provide you with enough supplies such as paper, shampoo, there were even some chairs inside the place to be on the beach; we were only one night, but the stay was really enjoyable, José gave us recommendations, resolved doubts, and she was attentive and Mrs. Claudia who welcomed us also very kind and helpful. The truth would be back without hesitation as the place is very central and we found a very safe area. I think it will be our favorite stay to be in Isla.

very well located and very good value (January 2025). healthy and pleasant accommodation. we had a great week overlooking the playa centro. kitchen amenities to develop a little, it's missing some basics:-) Thanks José and Claudia

You can easily walk to the home from the ferry in 5 minutes and the beach is directly across the road . The room was quite and had all the basics for our stay. The host was easy to work with and extremely nice. Please ask for verbal directions before you arrive, as the home is a little tricky to find by GPS, but if you find the pharmacy you are in the right location.

Very friendly and good location only as feedback, carelessness was noticed in the apartment, it smells a lot of humidity, no towels, no soap, there are spiders and cockroaches, the accommodation was expensive for what I found, it was not a good experience.

We had a great stay. Jose and Claudia are very responsive, provided guidance on the best way to get there from the airport and recommendations on food, transportation and things to do. We got there at 10 am and our room was ready which allowed us to enjoy the beach right away. The unit has a small kitchen with a fridge, a little propone stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes. The location is perfect, right across from Playa Centro, many many stores and restaurants right as you step outside. A few blocks from the main street for restaurants and bars at night, walking distance from the ferry terminal. Jose was super flexible accomodating our needs for checkout. We will be back again :).

Clean accommodation, just 5 minutes' walk from the ferry. Very friendly and very helpful housekeeper, Claudia. Specifically, to mention how she helped me and immediately notified me when I forgot my tablet! Two negative points: Unfortunately, the shower was not so good: wait at least 15 to 20 minutes until hot water comes, this is unfortunately a waste of the water and should be solved. No balcony to the courtyard. But that didn't matter. ah, and it had two very comfortable beach chairs to borrow! Thank you!

A very good place to stay, the beds are very comfortable, the A/C worked at 100, very close to the center by car, walking about 10 minutes, one block away is the zaci cenote, José still brought us more clean towels, I recommend it
