Ramfis complained because, according to him, he didn't receive the QR code. The QR code was sent to you days in advance via the Airbnb app. Two days before, he asked me again. I told him that I had already sent it to him, but he was only checking the automatic emails that Airbnb sends, which don't display the images. I forwarded the code to your WhatsApp, so you didn't have any problems upon arrival. However, he took one star away from us because, according to him, I should have included the code in the email (which is sent automatically and I can't edit). Additionally, they left the apartment dirty. Sand even in the beds. Garbage and dirt scattered everywhere. The full stove gets greasy. I wouldn't accept them as guests again.

Maria, the condo the building exceeded my expectations. Never have to leave the property. Views, staff, everything was perfect. I want to live there‼️. Casino, Italian, Mexican, convenience store, privacy, quiet, stress free, ocean and Mountain View from the tub that I loved. If dreams are this, I don’t want to wake up‼️ I had forgotten how strong the costs rican coffee is and ordered a large espresso, mocha, leche and stayed wired all day lol. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had🤩

Everything was excellent, the place was super cozy, like home, and it had all the amenities you could imagine. Check-in was easy and service was prompt; the place is very quiet, and the neighbors are nice. Recommended for a carefree stay, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach.

This was truly the best place we could have stayed in Jaco Beach. The photos don’t do it justice—the decor is stunning, the penthouse is spotless, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. We could have sat and stared at the ocean forever. The full kitchen and multiple hangout spaces were perfect for our family of six. We felt connected the whole time, yet still had plenty of room to relax and unwind. The beach out front is beautiful, but guests should be mindful of the strong currents. The resort pool was a great backup option on those days. Even when we had an issue with the AC, Maria responded so quickly & got it all sorted out. This space played a big part in making my 70-year-old dad’s bucket list trip to Costa Rica absolutely perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Nice location, close to restaurants, great security. Bed mattresses are very firm, the living room furniture was very uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time, pool area's do not have any lounge chairs to layout on, decking was very hot and not comfortable to lay on. Liked the fact that a washer and dryer are included with the unit, we stayed for a month, overall we enjoyed our stay. Maria went out of her way to purchase a bed topper that made the bed so much more comfortable to sleep in, thank you very much Maria...
