amazing location run by a great crew! loved it!

Hello Everyone, We had a wonderful stay here. The space was very comfortable and the screened in porch was a great place to eat breakfast and watch the monkeys. I felt like I was in a tree house every morning looking out the windows from bed. Great to walk places in guiones. Also. The hosts are great, responsive, and accommodating. Jo Ellen is especially wonderful. Thank you!

The place was perfect. Within easy walking distance to beach, down the street from the grocery store, and in the heart of that beach village. Jo Ann the property manager was exceptionally responsive, informative about the local, and helpful. Very comfortable place with a lot of nice touches. Just be aware roads all in that area are very potholed, but loved the laid back and secluded vibe.

Very comfortable, especially if you're looking to cook / spend a little time at home during your visit. Short walk to the beach. Patrick and Jo Ellen were super responsive and friendly.

Great location in an amazing town. Everything was walkable within 5 minutes of the Airbnb which made for nearly no logistics or transportation needed- really helped us live the Pura Vida lifestyle to its fullest. Hosts were incredibly responsive and forthcoming about Nosara’s water shortages (which were totally out of their control).

Such a great Casa located right in best part of Nosara! For those visiting from Toronto or Canada it’s kinda like a laneway suite or ADU located right behind another home. Whch is ideal because it is right in the centre of the commercial district but feels very private and is quietly located off the main roads. Staying here puts you walking distance to everything, all the restaurants and also a short walk from the beach as well. Pur host was super friendly and a great local guide. Highly recommended, great value for what you get and ideal location. A++

Great accommodation within walking distance to Playa Guiones, many restaurants, stores, and a mini grocery store. Clean and comfortable (powerful air conditioning unit); very responsive, flexible, and helpful hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved it! Great location & cozy vibes

Casa soul was a great location that felt like a treehouse in the forest. Keep your eyes out for the monkeys in the tree out the dining room window. It’s also walkable to a lot of restaurants and the beach, although we did love the freedom of having an ATV to explore more of the area.

Perfect place for our needs as two remote workers. Great location.

Loved our stay at Jo's place, really felt at home there. Amazing location 5 minutes to the beach and to restaurants. Great property manager, super helpful and responsive to our questions! The place was perfect for our two-week stay. We used the kitchen a lot and had plenty of towels. Great location, steps away from the main beach entrance. We love Juan Surfo's for rentals, etc. Wifi was perfect for working, zoom calls, etc. Thank you, Jo Ellen!!

Exactly what I thought it would be! Amazing location, no frills space but clean. Jo Ellen was lovely and very communicative. Allowed me an earlier check in which is always sooo much appreciated. If you are used to the area, which I am, there is construction everywhere and it is also right next to Norte which can play loud music but they shut off by 9pm I believe. Cannot say enough about the location!

Jo Ellen was great with communication. Looked exactly like the photos. I would happily stay there again. Great location! Was just a few minutes walk to Playa Guiones beach, shops, Juan Surfos, a small mercado, two breweries & several eateries. I was pleasantly surprised how the landscape made the apartment feel like it was more secluded. The outdoor enclosed patio was a nice addition. The bed was firm. Good wifi. The shower was hot and had good water pressure as long as you avoided flushing the toilet beforehand. The space was clean and had thoughtful amenities to make for an enjoyable stay. I liked that there were candles & matches accessible in the event of a long power outage. It's worth mentioning that it's CR and nature finds it's way indoors, but I didn't mind the ant visitors. Do bring a headlamp; I bought one on Amazon that also tilted which made navigating the terrain after sunset easier than using the phone as a flashlight. Do bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Nosara. A quick walk to the beach. Super easy and convenient, yet set back from street and secluded. The perfect spot for me for sure.

Had a great stay at this cozy, immaculate apartment located next to the main strip of restaurants and a few minutes (by foot) from the main beach entrance in North Guiones. Jo Ellen was a wonderful host. She was very communicative — including sharing news of local events of interest — and extremely responsive in answering questions. When a water main broke in the neighborhood, she invited me to use the outside shower at her home. I’d be delighted to stay here again.

It was a perfect stay. Jo Ellen is an excellent host who was always attentive to our doubts, we had a problem at night with the A/C and the next morning everything was already resolved regarding the place. It was perfect and plus she recommended routes to take for more comfort, we enjoyed it very much and we hope to return soon

Jo Ellen is a great host, very welcoming and always responded to any of my requests or problems. The apartment is situated right in the center of Guiones, which is especially beneficial if you don‘t have a rental car! Everything is accessible by walking distance. I loved all the amenities that were provided in the apartment and enjoyed my stay a lot! The bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever had in an airBnB! Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and hope to return soon!

Jo’s place is in the absolute most perfect location in town. 2 minute walk to the beach, amazing food and drinks, and tucked away in the jungle for privacy and relaxation. I’d highly recommend Jos place for solo or paired travelers. The A/C unit in the bedroom is great and the main room is perfect for getting work done, eating, hanging out. Wi-Fi was excellent, and outdoor shower is so ideal after surfing/adventuring.
