Wonderful house in a great location! Inside is beautiful. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large and well done. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen and dining area are very large and airy with a comfortable couch / sitting area. The courtyard out back is a hidden gem! Completely private and very quiet. The beautiful muraled wall adds to the relaxing feel. We ate our breakfasts, snacks, sometimes lunch sitting at the table and chairs where it was almost always shaded. Fresh fruit etc. from the grocery store 2 blocks away! The chaise lounge chairs by the pool were a great place to read a book or nap. The pool was clean and refreshing. My son loved the small casa out back! It was a very safe house with the protections you would want but the area is safe and we weren't worried. Courtyard had plenty of room to dry our scuba equipment and rinse with fresh water. Parked jeep in courtyard. Many amenities and helpful things not always available. We can't wait to come back!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Eugenia! The outdoor space was our favorite spot to relax, and the home was perfect for our group. Beto made check-in smooth and welcoming—his attention to detail really stood out. If (or when!) we return to Cozumel, we’ll definitely try to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Casa Eugenia was a great spot for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. We spent our days scuba diving, at beach clubs, and cruising the island by scooters and jeeps. We enjoyed the pool in the late afternoon and early evening when we returned. It was an easy walk to the grocery store just 2 blocks away to find all our grocery needs for cooking at the house. The kitchen was well appointed and the patio area had an awesome grill. We had trouble finding charcoal for sale but Beto, the property manager, went out of his way to find and deliver some. The location is in a quieter part of town just a few blocks off the main boardwalk. There is a line of taxis at the Chedraui grocery store just a block away so it was easy to get one at any time. If you wanted to rent a car, there was a place to park on the property, but we didn't really need one the whole time so we opted for a daily rental from HTJ. Beto was very responsive and helpful as needed and Cas Eugenia felt like a home away from home!

Excellent hosts, super friendly. They showed us the whole house and explained how everything works. We've never had such super friendly hosts. Thank you very much

This was our 2nd stay here. We absolutely love this slice of paradise. We will be back here relaxing in the beautiful pool, sleeping in the comfortable beds, taking a nap on the comfy couches or the peaceful hammocks on the top balcony.

This was fabulous, everything they said it had - and pictures did not do it justice. Had a local person for any help and hidden amazing features, like water, ice and more. Next time I go back to Cozumel to dive - I'm coming back - hands down

If this place will available next time me and my family will look no further. If it is available - BOOK IT!

My boyfriend and my teenagers loved the Casa and the location. The casa was so convenient, spacious, and well equipped. Everything was thoughfull. Kitchen tools, towels, blankets, soap and even snacks. Beto welcomed us as soon as we got there and gave us all the instructions. He was great and friendly. We are definitely looking forward to rent next year ! Thank you Kris and Eugenia and Beto :-)

We very much enjoyed our stay! It was nice to sit and have coffee in the morning sun on the upstairs patio. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool. It's a quiet and beautiful pool area. There was a beautiful mural painted on one wall. We definitely plan to return. The house is very spacious, and it was comfortable. They had everything you would need. Beto, the host, was very helpful when we had questions or asked for recommendations. We felt safe there, and the back patio was secured with a locked gate. The grocery store is a two minute walk and there are restaurants within walking distance. Also, taxis are within walking distance in front of the grocery store.

Casa Eugenia is a beautiful place to stay. Walking distance is great for activities and restaurants. House is also very clean and well kept. We enjoy staying here!

This was our second stay at Casa Eugenia. It is perfect for what we are looking for when we come to Cozumel. The location is perfect, the outdoors area is perfect. We look for outdoor areas as our first priority when choosing an AirBnb. The pool is always so nice and the added refrigerator at the bar was wonderful. The house is very comfortable and always clean and ready for us. We like that you can walk to the supermarket easily so we don't over buy groceries. Easy walk uptown for shopping and eating out. Overall it has everything we needed. The neighborhood is clean and we enjoy our morning walks. Beto is very accommodating and checks in on us frequently to make sure everything is going well. We will be back next year for sure.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. We felt like family and service was top notch. We will return to Casa Eugenia for our next trip to Cozumel!!

This home is exactly like the pictures show and they have even managed to make it better! There is now a fridge outside by the bar area that got plenty of use! They have also added a beautiful mural by the pool along with sun sails above the lounge chairs. This is by far the biggest and nicest private pool you will find! Every item I have ever needed/wanted at other places they have! Grocery bags, can coozies, any kitchen utensils, spices, plenty of drinking water…. The list goes on and on! The bedrooms all have their own bathrooms, very convenient if you are traveling with friends. The home was in a very nice part of town and we definitely felt very safe. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Close enough to all the action, but peaceful at night. There is also a delightful coffee shop just down the street. Mega and Chedraui (grocery stores) are both a stones throw away. Check in was easy and Beto the manager was very friendly and even gave us a ride back to the airport!

It seems that when we go on vacation, we spend a lot of time going to the supermarket or convenience store. There's always something that we want that we have to run out and buy. We saved so much time being located a two-minute walk from a major supermarket. The house looked even nicer than the pictures online. I was blown away at the house and how nice it was. One note: If you go looking on online Maps or Street View for the house, they're out of date. The AirBnB pictures are accurate, the web is not. The property manager, Beto, was a fantastic host. We didn't need much support, but when we asked he was there and at the ready. He mentioned that he knew a chef that could cook a meal in the house and we were so glad we pursued that with him. We had a great meal in the house. It's a quick and pleasant walk down the waterfront street. Then there's a pleasant walk to the town center and all the cruise tourist locations. A few blocks back, it becomes "real" Mexico, which was why we went

You'll feel at home ,super accessible and accessible. We'll definitely be back.
