Great spot in the perfect location in Cabo San Lucas. The house was rustic, very clean, and incredibly well stocked. We were able to cook full meals for 7 people in the kitchen daily and the market was a short 5 minute walk away so we always had access to what we needed. Lot's of great bars and restaurants in the area too. I'll definitely stare here again when I return to Cabo.

Casa Mario is a perfect location, easy access to Medano Beach, the Marina and downtown Cabo. Very central and secure, the house itself is really lovely, filled with the amenities that make staying easy (loads a beach supplies, coolers, towels, pool stuff, fully stocked kitchen, spices, water, etc). Very convenient across the board. We enjoyed hanging by the pool between beach visits and cooking dinner in a great kitchen. If you get a chance, you're going to be impressed with the stay here.

Casa Mario made our trip to Cabo that much more enjoyable. It is center to amazing selection of restaurants, lots of bars, it is walking distance to the beach and surrounding convenient stores. Our group was extremely satisfied with our pick in choosing this place to stay while we were visiting Cabo. Tim left many awesome recommendations on food, bars/nightlife, gyms, things to do and excursions to try out while visiting. The house cleaner Eleanor was super nice and came and did a great job cleaning daily. We will definitely be booking at Casa Mario on our next visit down to Cabo.

We have stayed at Casa Mario several times. It is the perfect place to experience everything Cabo has to offer. It's my first choice whenever I have a group that's looking to enjoy Medano Beach and the heart of Cabo's nightlife. Tim's a great host and the staff at Casa Mario is friendly and helpful.

We loved staying here. The location was PERFECT! Walkable to the beach, shops, great restaurants and close to the marina. We felt safe in this space and were provided with tons of towels, games and other additions to make us feel more at home. The host is very responsive and gave us great recommendations in the area. Overall we had a fantastic time.

The house was perfect for our trip. Great location to beach and short 5 min Uber to downtown. Had everything we needed to feel at home to cook and hang out. Would highly recommend for larger group or families heading to Cabo. Very safe and private behind a wall on a quiet street.

We had a great time staying at this property for a bachelor party. Close to all the bars/clubs. The beach was walking distance as well. Highly recommended

Casa Mario was the perfect place to host our bachelor party for our time in Cabo. It had plenty of sleeping areas, was spacious, was in a great convenient location and felt totally safe. Every member of our group was extremely happy with our stay

Tim's place was very lovely, clean, and well air-conditioned. We were a large group of nine women and there were adequate/clean bathrooms and bedrooms. The location is incredibly convenient (down the street from the beach, Walmart, many cute restaurants) and quiet despite being in the middle of everything. We truly appreciated the high security in the area. Tim has a well-stocked kitchen, with more than enough appliances and tools. We were very happy with our stay. We had an issue with water running low near the end of our trip, but Tim and his house manager were extremely quick to address this. In one hour, the issue was resolved! I'd highly recommend his place for a big group.

Amazing location, felt secure with outside wall. You can walk to literally everything. Airbnb was very nice and perfect for a boys trip. The shuttle service was very nice and helpful. The host was perfect and very responsive. The pullout couches aren’t very sleep-able so I wouldn’t plan on using those as a bed as they are stiff. Overall the airbnb was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. Favorite restaurant was El Forno an Italian restaurant, it had an amazing fettuccine al ribeye. One of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had. Host 5/5 ⭐️ Location 5/5⭐️ Privacy 5/5⭐️ Bedroom/Bathrooms 4/5⭐️ Overall 4.8/5⭐️

The location is superb! Tim was easy to communicate with and responsive. The Casa Mario was set up with everything we needed and the entire house is labelled. Highly recommended!
