Karina and Corine were responsive and helpful in responding to our needs. The unit was very clean and spacious for our group of nine. The unit is close to the ferry terminal for Playa Mujeres. I would recommend buying a day pass for a few days at one of the nearby resorts, especially if you're traveling with children.

We had a wonderful stay at this Cancun Airbnb and would definitely return. The space was very spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the property itself was quiet and relaxing. We especially loved the pool and used it often—it was a real highlight of our stay. The host was also excellent: responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit, which made the experience even smoother. The only suggestion we would make is that having a car is very helpful for this location. There is free parking available right in the driveway, which made things very convenient for us. Overall, a great place to stay in Cancun—highly recommended!

9 people in our group and had plenty of space . Well furnished home, towels and pool towels for everyone with a few extras. Quick walk to coffee shops in the morning as well as several restaurants and convenience stores. Had a great time with the whole family

Honestly amazing spot, coming into Mexico for the first time it’s intimidating but honestly having this spot was so amazing not only the home and the amazing ac they provide but everything was clear instructions and the spot itself has provided so many benefits … your across the street from the resorts so you can still enjoy the amazing beach views for an amazing price and there’s a local convent store literally 2 min walk away amazing experience thank you for having us !! The convenience of having this spot so close to everything you wanna explore Definitely provided an enchanted experience of a vacation, thank you !

Karinas place was wonderful to stay in and I enjoyed my stay in her house, it’s great for large groups lots of space me and my family had no problem with any room situations and in a great location, Karina is also a great host always attentive and responsive

Excellent for a family stay, the house is large, there were 10 of us and there was a large space for everyone It has everything you need and is very comfortable. Close to shops and easily accessible. Everything is as shown in the photos, the private pool and the community pool are great. I would definitely come back

Amazing place! Just as pictured. Karina was very responsive. Central to a lot of amazing things to do. There’s a tour guide right across the street which was very convenient.
