The location is unbeatable—tucked securely in the heart of town with stunning ocean and mountain views, yet entirely walkable to local restaurants, cafes, and the vibrant beach scene. The property itself is an amazing wellness sanctuary. The rooms are immaculate, and having access to top-tier amenities like the sauna, cold plunge, and yoga spaces made it the perfect place to recharge. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of the stay was taken care of. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I cannot wait to return for another visit. It seamlessly balances a peaceful, secure home base with easy access to the town’s incredible energy and sunset views. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay here! It's in a very convenient location, has a beautiful view and comfortable bed. Claudia was very sweet and communicative and truly made me feel at home.

We had such a good experience here. We stayed for 2 months and everything was perfect. The host is very fast with responding and she gave many good recommendation around the town.

This an amazing space with fantastic hosts in Jayson and Claudia. The bed and shower were terrific and the amenities were all exactly as promised. It’s completely private, secure, clean and quiet while being so close to everything in town. The outside space is magical and the sunsets are memorable. I will be returning next year.

I chose to stay here based on the dozens of glowing reviews, and they certainly lived up. Jason & Claudia are simply the best. So welcoming, down to earth, and willing to share their time. The suites are in a great location overlooking town, super safe and clean — everything you need for a nice stay in San Juan del Sur. Claudia and Jason are quick with a local recommendation and it’s clear they take pride in running a top notch operation. 10/10, 5/5 stars, will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town (and so should you).

Claudia and Jay were wonderful hosts - very kind, helpful and responsive which we greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay again. The unit was perfect for our needs - the beach and restaurants are just a few minutes away by foot, the ocean view and sunsets are spectacular, the kitchen was super handy for quick meals and air conditioning was nice for a quick cool down when needed. This was the most expensive place I booked while in Nicaragua, but it was clean and had hot water. Super long driveway up a hill and stairs to get to the place.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Claudia and Jason were super helpful and easy to reach whenever I needed anything. The apartment was clean, simple, and it’s in a great location. Also, the gate made me feel very safe. Would happily stay again. :)

The place was perfect for our stay in SJ. It is a little higher up and well protected, but you are immediately where everything is happening. The apartment has everything you need, nicely furnished and you feel right at home. A longer stay is also possible here.

We loved staying at Jason and Claudia's apartment. They made our stay super comfortable and really helped with what we needed, accommodating us and our three kids. The location is great, and just steps away from our favourite coffee shop - Dale Pues. They also made sure that we had water, available which as delivered to our door at our convenience and it was super easy to book the a space to get our laundry done whenever we needed. The views are beautiful from the apartment too, and we had ample space for the kids to make it their own. Our kids loved using the skate ramp outside, and this would keep them entertained for hours. We would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay at J&C's place in San Juan
