The apartment was lovely! It has its own private outdoor area with seating and a hammock. The apartment and bathrooms are spacious and clean. AC in every room was well appreciated. You can easily walk to the main street and lots of restaurants nearby. Lots of monkeys!

Great place for a family of 4. The host was very helpful with local information . Hope to stay again.

We loved staying at this place. It was one of our favorite stays in Costa Rica although it has no pool. We really appreciate the interior and atmosphere of the place, very peaceful and surrounded by nature. And thanks a lot for the flowers, fruits and chocolate 🌺

Catrin’s place was beautiful. We had a great stay. It was walking distance to the beach and walkable to a few restaurant and yoga studios. The apartment had large rooms and bathrooms and was perfect for a family of four. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

We are a small family returning to Nosara for our third time. This location was a nice little haven with all the amenities we needed. There was plenty of space to relax and hang out in. It’s a short walk to the beach and town and very nicely located. The place is nicely decorated and well taken care of and matches the photos on the listing. The communication from the hosts were great and their contact in town is very kind and hospitable. We would stay here again.

Best Air B n B ever! So glad we stayed here. Was a magical 9 days. Very close to amazing beach, easy to get to restaurants. Excellent beds, bedding, kitchen, couches. Everything you need, and extremely comfortable. Perfect for our family.

Angela greeted us when we arrived nearly two hours later than expected. She was fabulous and even stopped at the store to get us some staple items. The apartment was more like a small cottage, well equipped, secure and comfortable. A/C was great. We rented a golf cart from Limo Dan and had no trouble getting around the main areas of Guiones and Nosara Beach areas. It was VERY wet and the golf cart even managed through the puddles. The cottage location was walkable to the Baker beach entrance, provided you are fit for walking on dirt and gravel roads. My husband and I have mobility issues and found the golf cart would go where we wanted to go. The cottage was roomy for 4 people. There is only a stove top. No oven. But we ate out most of the time. This place is an absolute gem. I’ve visited Nosara many times and this is one of the best homes I have stayed in. Patrick, the owner, was so lovely and accommodating and Angela, who helps manage the guests, was proactive, flexible to check in/check out, and responsive to any needs throughout the trip. Will definitely be coming back here! 12/10 rating!

Angela, our co-host, was an absolute gem, always just a message away and incredibly responsive. Her helpful recommendations for local restaurants added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. The location itself was a dream – situated in the heart of Nosara, with a breathtaking and walkable beach just a stone's throw away. The convenience of being able to stroll to the beach made our mornings and evenings truly magical. Truly a slice of paradise!

This is our second stay at Catrin and Patrick’s…absolutely perfect; the architecture, design, location (walkable to town and beach but surrounded by forest) and hosts! We’ve stayed in other places around Nosara and this is our favorite, a very special airbnb and family!

Catrin’s place was so so lovely — perfect spot for us for our three week stay and the perfect distance from yoga, beach, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The area is quiet and lovely. Even could see monkeys from our front door hanging out in the trees! Great spot. Will definitely rent from Catrin again in the future :)

We had a wonderful stay in Nosara. Beautiful and remote location. The house was very well maintained and had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend.
