Ryans house is absolutely incredible, and they are the best hosts we’ve stayed with on Airbnb. They are always responsive, have great local recommendations and have such contagious respect and love for the area. The house is stunning and very well kept. We spent most days quietly enjoying the pool and amazing view. We can’t wait to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Cloudbreak. The setting is stunning and the house was spotless. Warm welcome from Kalen was a bonus!

Absolutely beautiful property! The description is not a joke- 4WD is required to access the house; I would even add an ATV would be the best option. The drive up is totally worth the view. You will have unobstructed sunsets every night. The house was comfortable and private.

Cloudhouse was an absolute dream! The house matches the photos, and the view was so beautiful. Great sunset viewing! Ryan was extremely helpful during our stay, both with local recommendations and helping us coordinate taxi’s and atv for our trip. I would recommend this spot to any of my friends and will absolutely stay here again!

Stunning view. Unique property. Great location if you’re happy to drive up and down the hill. Highly recommend.

This place is a gem. You can see and feel how much work and love have been put into building this place. You are in the middle of the jungle while being close to all things Santa Theresa has to offer. And yes, a 4WD is needed to reach the place. I would rank Rayan’s place as one of the top Airbnb’s I have been to in my life.

Ryan’s place was amazing. The most beautiful view and a wonderful mix of ocean and jungle. Ryan had great suggestions for beaches and things to do. It was the rainy season so we did have quite a bit of rain, however the way the lightening lit up the beach was stunning from the deck. Our family had such a great time connecting with nature and getting to know the town of Santa Teresa. The house is just as described and we couldn’t have been more comfortable. Ryan and his family were wonderful hosts and we hope to go back!

Beautiful place! The view was spectacular! We were lucky enough to spot whales on our last night. Great location close to everything but you still feel secluded. Kids wanted to stay in the pool more than on the beaches. Heard howler monkeys in the mornings. Everything was clean. Host was super helpful. Absolutely adore the outdoor resident kitty. We cooked him steak so if you stay, he has high standards now. Overall, would definitely stay again!
