It was a great stay. The beds were comfortable and clean; the location was very nice, with a great view of the countryside. Every day, we were able to observe animals such as iguanas, geckos, monkeys, butterflies, etc. The bathroom and kitchen were not really clean, and you shouldn't be bothered by ants. The pool could have been cleaner. One day, there was no hot water, but otherwise, everything was great!!!

We had an amazing time in this Airbnb. It felt like living in the jungle and we even saw monkeys in the morning 🐒 Brian was a great host and gave us lots of tipps for activities. If we should ever be in Manual Antonio, we will definitely come back!

Loved this place. It’s a dozen apartments around a pool and all of the wildlife comes to visit. We had white face monkeys jumping around on our first day there. The pool provides a really nice community where everyone gathers and shares the awesome adventures they went on.

The Good: This place is conveniently located, less than a 10-minute drive to both the marina and the national park. The bedrooms are generously sized, and the bathroom is huge. The pool is wonderful, and having a washer and dryer is a great bonus. The large, covered outdoor porch is perfect for relaxing after long days of sightseeing or time at the beach. Needs a Little Work: The Wi-Fi is terrible—don’t count on using it. We reset it multiple times, but it either didn’t work at all or was extremely slow (think dial-up speeds). Parking is very challenging; there aren’t enough spaces, and we were forced to park on the embankments, scraping the bottom of the rental SUV every time. The lighting system also needs major attention—whenever someone runs water, the lights dim and flicker. Additionally, the unit below us had guests who were smokers, and on multiple nights, we could smell cigarette smoke in our unit. I would strongly recommend making the property a non-smoking establishment.

A 15 minute drive from Manuel Antonio reserve. Not at the location given. Well stocked with towels but short on soap shampoo and toilet paper. The place could use a good scrub. We were met by the host who communicated well with us. We saw wildlife in the garden including monkeys and birds. Be aware that you will be sharing the place with various neighbors. Some were very noisy when we arrived. On the whole the place was ok but was expensive on the other hand we were staying during the peak Christmas period.

Great and well-maintained outdoor area with pool, also with a small pool for younger children. We could watch monkeys, toucans and macaws from the terrace and pool! You can get to Manuel Antonio very quickly. Brian was super nice and communication was easy and straightforward.

Beautiful location, saw more wildlife here than anywhere else on our two week trip. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. WiFi was fast. Loved the pool area, although the chair cushions were all a bit moldy and could use a wash. Only issue were tvs, very old models and difficult to use, and the tv that was supposed to be outside had been removed. But weren’t there for the tvs anyway. Absolutely loved our stay, would come back.

A beautiful area with so much wildlife to see BUT this place really needs a refurb or some TLC, for example rusty dish rack, hooks coming off wall, most of the cupboard/wardrobe doors don’t shut, light fittings look old/grubby, rusty fridge etc etc. The animals and pool made up for it and wouldn’t take much to get it looking nice again. Loved the balcony. We got up at 5:30am to see the monkeys every morning jumping through the trees right outside. Saw deer, frogs, lizards, macaws and 2 types of monkeys.

Setting is beautiful. We saw more wild life here than we did on tours we took. Sloths and monkeys!!! Would definitely stay here again… for a longer amount of time. We got lost with Waze, and called Diego. He met us in town and guided us to our place. Just a beautiful place ! Kids are ready to move here!

This place is an absolute dream!! We saw more wildlife in the complex than we saw when we visited Manuel Antonio park! Anytime we needed anything, the host was just a message away! The pool is very clean and refreshing! Absolutely beautiful and would definitely recommend to anyone considering staying here!!!

This is a beautiful location with a nice pool and garden area. all daily needs are close by like restaurants or supermarket and the touristic places are easy to reach. we spotted every day different animals at the location like monkeys, slooth, toucan, Ara.
