Kit's place "checked all the boxes": ideally located, very comfortable place with a superb view of the marina, extremely responsive host, ease of arrival and departure, well worth the cost for six people, plus it had a good vibe!

Fantastic place. We appreciated the 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms! We stayed for New Years week and saw the fireworks on the fantastic balcony. Easy entry with the keypad on door. Amenities were great! We highly recommend 💯

Great location, clean, spacious and the pictures described place perfectly. Also very safe as there is security guards and locked gates.

Gary's condo was as described, clean, decorated beautifully, in walking distance to all shops and restaurants. I highly recommend staying their when visiting Cabo.

My family and I had a pleasant weekend, everything is super close, even walking to the beach, the view is very nice and the house and rooms are super spacious. Recommended and I would definitely rent it again.

We were specifically looking for a place close to the marina with fun places to go. This property is in a fantastic area. Close to live music, wonderful dining options, shopping and great people watching. Its in a loud city setting. Great choice for city living while traveling.

The location is absolutely amazing! The description of the unit is spot on and host is extremely responsive. Super quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay! The only thing that was somewhat annoying is that the bars at night get a little bit loud.

Amazing location!! If you want to do anything in downtown Cabo this is the place for you. Many restaurants, shops, and the marina are right there for your choosing. Beautiful place and clean. Staff extremely friendly. Will definitely be back and can’t wait to visit Cabo again!
