Susana’s apartment has a great location I always stay there when I visit Guatemala!!!

Susana is a great host I will continue to book her apartment whenever I travel to Guatemala.

The apartment is modern, comfortable, safe and well equipped. It adjoins a newer shopping mall that includes multiple stores, restaurants and a grocery store. The apartment offers private parking or if you need Uber it's easily available. You do hear road noise as it's close to a popular road. I stayed there almost 3 months and would return.

Everything was very good, except that the secondary room smelled like cigarettes. No matter how much we kept the windows open, the bad smell didn't go away, and when we moved the bed to see if there were cigarette residues, we found open condoms. I think they hadn't cleaned it well. Otherwise, everything was very good

This apartment is the best option you will have. Having everything so close is super convenient. There are restaurants and a variety of options and even if you prefer to cook or need something else there is a supermarket right there without having to move. The apartment has everything you need too. A really great place!
