The old town is nice and the place is well located in relation to the shops, restaurants and buildings to visit, and during the period of our presence, there was not much noise.

It is perfect for sharing because it has 2 double bedrooms. It has no views and is not very bright, no music or party noise but a white noise from the electric circuit or something similar, but it sleeps well anyway. Easy to get to. Well located near a square.

There were many children in the neighborhood and a few times when I was coming or going they would surround me and try to get in the front door. It was stressful at times.

Really lovely house would recommend staying there! Host gave very clear instructions and lots of tips for local restaurants etc. Very clean and spacious and very close to Casco Viejo centre

At check-in, all questions could be clarified, the apartment was clean and as described. Recommended due to the location, many great restaurants within walking distance.

This is a nicely furnished apartment with comfortable beds and good A/C. Wifi is strong! It’s quite dark inside as all windows are blocked by walls of other buildings. The host was responsive when we didn’t have water for one day & when a broken blind needed to be fixed. The street is just on the edge of Casco Viejo so in one direction it’s run down and the other it’s great. Be cautious at night & aware that children will approach you to ask for money or food.

While checking out, there was rainwater on the steps and my friend slipped ,tripped and ruptured his ACL in his knee. Spend the money and find a decent place in a good location without undue hazards.

Communication wasn’t very good & the kitchen’s not well equipped. However the apartment is extremely beautiful & the location in the center of casco viejo as well

English: The apartment is very well located, close to good restaurants and in the historic center of the city. There are many possibilities of what to do. We arrived and any queries we had were immediately resolved. I recommend the place. Portuguese: The apartment is very well located with good restaurants and options to go out at night. It is in the historic center of the city that has great options to learn more about the locality. Any questions we had were promptly answered.

We loved our stay and would happily recommend it. It was really quiet and peaceful. There was some music on the Saturday night but it didn't stop us sleeping. The aircon was a real treat. The location was great and the flat was really comfortable. Thank you!

Please fix the toilet tank. Constantly, the water is running although the pump is already all the way up. I want to CONGRATULATE Isabel, the cleaning worker. She is a professional and really cares a lot of her job. She really concerns that everything is clean and proper. She always has in mind that her job is important and wouldn't like to receive complains. I found extremely clean and neat the room (compared to other places I have been similar to Airbnb). Casa Turquesa has a valuable collaborator working with it!

Good location, a couple of nights was a little noisy, but in general, the apartment is pretty quiet, this is a good advantage for Casco Viejo. I recommend you go to the Chocolate Factory on the first day to be able to make order a few days in advance. Comfortable bed in master bedroom, plenty of air conditioning and ceiling fan. Good big kitchen, but not enough microwave. In the photos the apartment looks more cozy and light, but in fact, a little lacking light, especially in a small bedroom. I do not recommend rent is to use both bedrooms.

This place is worth its money! It is spacious, has the necessary amenities and is walkable to entire Casco Viejo. As disclosed in the info, gets a bit loud on the weekend, but a great trade off to be in this location at this price.

Great place and a great host. The apartment is well located in a quieter street just off the loud part of the Casco Viejo, great for travelers seeking to be close enough to bars and restaurants but also looking to enjoy a quiet time.
