Great stay with Agustín. Access to the beach is super quick and convenient, with very nice lounge chairs to enjoy it to the fullest. The pool with ocean views is a big plus and makes the experience even better. The facilities are very well maintained; the space has a refrigerator for the basics and a spacious bathroom. The room is a bit small, but it does the job perfectly and is very functional. Definitely a great option to enjoy and relax.

Unfortunately, the value for money is not right. The images only partially match the reality. The beach is windy all year round, with strong waves; not the calm, turquoise water shown. Beautiful beaches can only be reached after about 30–45 minutes. Overall, the place looks worse than in the photos. The view is only appealing from a certain angle; below that, there are, among other things, rusted elements. The windows were dirty; the room cannot be completely darkened. The A/C does not work properly and cools down strongly and continuously regardless of the setting. The wifi is very weak. In the kitchen, numerous small insects appeared early on; spot cleaning did not bring about any lasting improvement. In addition, the bathroom door is defective and cannot be opened from the inside. Overall, not recommended.

During this particular week, Cancun experienced unusually bad weather conditions, including strong winds and sargassum, which are temporary natural phenomena completely outside of any host’s control. For most of the year, the beach is known for its calm turquoise waters and white sand. We also want to note that our team responded promptly during the stay, including arranging additional cleaning and assistance whenever concerns were mentioned. Some comments in this review unfortunately do not reflect the overall experience typically reported by our guests. As always, we remain committed to providing honest listings, responsive service, and a comfortable beachfront stay at a fair price.

Great place for a short stay. Easy integration into the hotel amenities on site- pool,gym, beach. Host was very responsive - helpful for airport pickup and excursions and accommodating out of norm check in time. Would stay again!

The room has everything you need for two people, I liked the atmosphere of the hotel with swimming pools, jacuzzi, direct access to the beach. And I chose that place since I was not looking for all-inclusive, because of the tours I went on, and it is close to restaurants, supermarkets and community buses to leave the hotel area and go to other places.

Incredibly nice hosts who were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Left us clear instructions on how to get there along with how to leave, and provided us with transportation to and from the place. Great room, clean, and even left us a couple of refreshments for when we arrived. Overall would highly recommend!
