A magical experience in the heart of the jungle. A true haven of peace. This villa is beautiful, and the surroundings are extremely well enhanced. Hearing the birdsong, watching the monkeys, cooling off in the pool: everything is incredible. We felt perfectly safe, and the little family nearby is absolutely lovely. Don't hesitate. This villa will remain in your memories!

The place is very nice. Although it is an open area, it is very safe. The pool was clean and heated. The bedrooms are clean and spacious. Only the kitchen has fans, and you can feel the heat, but it's very nice.

We had a fantastic stay. The house is beautiful, well equipped. It is located on a quiet road, away from the crowds. The outdoor space is magnificent, nested in the forest. Different arias are arranged with both shade and direct sun exposure. The pool is also very enjoyable. We were fortunate enough to see the monkeys in the trees right from our backyard. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. It has an efficient water filtration system. We drank the water from the filtered tap all week without any worries. The rooms are clear, comfortable. The ac works well. There is fast wifi both inside and on the terrace. We managed to make Teams video calls without issues. The family living next door is super helpful. Jesus, Hector and Gaby were incredibly welcoming. We felt safe. Hector even picked coconuts from the forest for a refreshing coco water. The host was also very responsive. I don’t have anything negative to note. Thank you again for everything.

The place is very nice, but not family-friendly! I was traveling with my children, and the rooms are separate. It is more suitable for a group of friends or acquaintances because the rooms are separate.

The house is very comfortable, with everything you need to stay and prepare food. They have a stone oven, which we used for a pizza contest, and they have very comfortable outdoor breakfast areas. We loved the place and felt very comfortable; our little dogs were happy too. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back! 🐰🎊✨️

We really enjoyed the place! Due to the beaches having so much seaweed it was really nice just being in the jungle away from the beaches. The pool is especially nice, especially when it’s a really hot day. We were very comfortable there and got to see monkeys most days in the trees surrounding the house. Jose was the caretaker that lived next-door so if we ever needed anything, we just contacted him. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at this house. it was exactly what I was looking for. It’s a beautiful home in the forest, away from the tourist crowds, where you can truly relax, feel safe, and enjoy nature. If you’re looking for peace and quiet off the beaten path, this is the perfect place. The house layout and rooms are very well designed. We came as two couples, and it worked perfectly for us. The AC was working without any issues, which made our stay very comfortable. The outdoor space is wonderful, a great area to relax and enjoy the pool surrounded by nature. The hosts are very attentive and responsive.We never felt unsafe on the contrary, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of. One thing to keep in mind: if you arrive after 7 pm on the first night, you’ll need to contact the host to open the gate. After that, they provide you with a key. The house is about 25 minutes from Xcaret. The road leading to the house is a bit bumpy, but it’s manageable with a regular car. but all fun

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa, perfectly as advertised. The setting is beautiful, very peaceful, in the heart of the vegetation. We even had the chance to see monkeys, a magical moment that made our stay even more special! Jesus, Gaby and Joshua, who take care of the house, are really very pleasant, attentive and always available. The house is very well maintained. Note that access is via a track of about 1 km, but this contributes to the charm and tranquility of the place. We recommend this property without a second thought.

Villa Corizon is incredible. We had a brilliant stay here. Gaby the housekeeper and her family were so nice and helpful, and my son loved playing with her two boys. The daily visits from the monkeys were a special treat too. Absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a bit of jungle paradise not far from the Akumal beach.

The entire stay was amazing! Just as described and then some. Gabby and Josue, the grounds keepers and their entire family where fantastic! The hospitality was out of this world and we can't say enough good things about them. Hector the host was wonderful with communication and checking in as needed to make sure we had everything needed. The house was clean, well equipped and all that we hoped for!

This is a lovely place to stay! A great size kitchen, each bedroom has a bathroom, and the environment is beautiful. Communication with the host was very helpful and quickly responses!

We had a great time in the beautiful secluded oasis in the jungle. Our hosts were incredibly attentive and hospitable, and we had a most relaxing week.

In one word: unforgettable! We arrived late in the evening, and Gaby and Jesus were very responsive to welcome us. The villa is beautiful: the interior is tastefully decorated, the bedding is comfortable and all the necessary amenities are provided. The exterior is even more incredible, the pool and the different terraces allow you to enjoy the outdoors even in hot weather. Big bonus with the daily passages of monkeys a few meters away, we created memories for life in a week. Josué is a sweetheart and stops by every day to check in and provide recommendations. We even had the right to taste the family pastries. One small downside is the access to the villa, which is a fairly steep track for 1 km, but it's worth it so don't hesitate!

Our stay at this house in Akumal was simply spectacular, one of the best we've ever had. The kitchen is wonderful, perfect for enjoying cooking, and the outdoor area is dreamy, surrounded by the jungle, with a unique tranquility. The family that takes care of the farm, Gaby and Josue, is fantastic: attentive, helpful and always willing to help at all times. An absolutely recommended place, we would certainly love to return to.

In the middle of the jungle, really fantastic. Beautiful house surrounded by singing birds, wandering iguanas and even a family of monkeys. Wonderful place to be with a super nice swimming pool. And a super sweet and family close by who are there for you. Very nice all.

We had an incredible time during our stay, this place is even better than the photos! Hector was super responsive, and the live-in help, Gaby and her dad, were AMAZING, always so attentive. Every time we came back from being out, the beds were made and the common areas spotless. Such a perfect spot for families!

Lost in the jungle you will have the peace and quiet to cook a delicious meal under the stars. The access requires a bit of a drive down a dirt road but otherwise worth the drive ;)

This villa was exactly what our group was looking for…a beautiful setting away from the crowds where we could swim, play, cook and relax. The family of caretakers live just next door and went above and beyond to meet our every need. They even shared their food with us and when we left their young son gifted our family a small lego ship…his genuine smile melted our hearts.

We couldn’t have asked for a better home or hosts! Lots of wildlife, monkeys in the trees, and beautiful plants. You will definitely need a vehicle to access the home, but it’s worth it! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Such an amazing stay! The pictures do not do it justice. The property is beautiful and the staff on site are helpful, attentive, and friendly. The house was private and calm - we saw lots of local wildlife (our favorite was the family of monkeys nearby)! Jesus and Josue were able to assist with all of our needs. Love the property and those who help take care of it! Stay here!!

What can I say, you want a vacation that's out of the ordinary? A villa in the jungle, birds, monkeys, iguanas etc… Very nice pool. Jesus and his family are extraordinary, always ready to serve us while being discreet. We recommend this villa 200%.

I went with our adult children and we had a great time. The house is really cute. It has the essentials to be comfortable. They were ready to help us with anything that came up. The place is wonderful because it's away from the hustle and bustle. We loved it.

A beautiful spot and home. The pool was great and the kitchen well furnished. Joy and Jesus who take care of the place were amazing! We were sad to leave. A few things I’ll mention that weren’t a problem for us but just to help other guests: it’s in the jungle so you may see a spider or two, the beds were on the firm side, the dirt road getting to the home was a little rough in areas. We had a minivan and did fine but vehicles with low clearance may struggle.

Really beautiful and peaceful place. Full equipped villa with 4 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. As mentioned by the other guests, a car is really needed to go to this villa. Wonderful attention from the cleaners and very responsive. The pool is beautiful and a good size, but the temperature was a bit cold for us. We were lucky enough to see a family of monkeys through the trees. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

Really well equipped villa. I think it's worth mentioning the excellent staff attention and daily cleaning of the villa which is very helpful and helpful. The villa is very nice and comfortable, the air conditioning helps a lot in the rooms. I really consider it essential to rent a car or have a vehicle since without this the distance is considerable. There is a variety of insects that is normal in the area and you can even see monkeys which we were pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this villa but its distance should be taken into account

We stopped for 4 nights during a road trip in Ycutan. By far the best accommodation of the stay, in the jungle but with quality services and a couple on site who is at the top

Came here looking for a peaceful place and got exactly that! The house is just like in the pictures shown. Our host Hector was very helpful and responsive at all times. You need a car to be able to move around this area of Akumal which I didn’t contemplate but Josue the person who lives there on the other side is the property was extremely helpful and kind enough to get us around. I definitely would stay here on my next trip to Akumal

Probably the best Airbnb of my life. The awakening is done with the monkeys at the edge of a jungle.. each room is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The garden and its different spaces and ideal for a wonderful relaxing holiday. Drinking water in the house is a big advantage! I will return to it with pleasure:)

We loved the place.

if you like to coexist with nature ,and have all the comforts of your house, this is the place indicated.... the spacious, clean and privacy rooms, the kitchen has everything you need for food time... We had such good luck that we had to see a family of changos go through the cabin trees, it was fantastic, unique experience!! the wifi is intermittent, but the truth, they will not need it... all day you will hear the song of birds... the pool of good size and perfect temperature! The trash bottle and coffee maker were already very mistreated but were still functional... get used to living with insects abound in sizes and shapes... Unique stay!

The place was amazing, a memorable jungle experience. The personalized welcome and daily exchanges were at the top and more than appreciable. The accommodation is in the middle of the jungle, provide a suitable vehicle, the disconnection is total!! Seeing monkeys passing nearby, in their natural element as well as discovering different types of wild animals is exceptional. Gaby and her family live a neighboring home, which is reassuring in this unusual environment, privacy is nevertheless respected. The space is incredibly high quality and extremely clean. We had an amazing week at Villa Corazon. Hector was always very responsive. The house looked exactly like the pictures. Akumal was the perfect location that was close to neighboring towns. The housekeeper was amazing and so attentive. We will definitely be back.

we didn't actually stay here because of the hurricane, but what I can say is that the owners were SUPER communicative the whole time and id absolutely think about booking again because of how they were during the whole process. thank you , and hopefully we'll get to cross paths again!

This house is amazing, especially for a family. To be honest, with so much that Akumal and the surrounding areas has to offer, it was difficult to leave the home. The pool is amazing and we were able to relax in the midst of a jungle!

Magical experience at Villa Corazón! Book this now! Perfect week in paradise with my family, including three kids. This location is one of a kind - peaceful, serene and right in the jungle! 10 mins from restaurants and mini markets. So amenities like the pool, fire pit, outdoor dining, hammocks, and swings. The caretakers Gaby and Josue are kind, accommodating and responsive. I would definitely return in a heart beat!

We loved our stay in the jungle home and found it to be very peaceful with lush surroundings and colorful birds flying around. The pool was excellent for cooling off as we were there in June with temps in the 90's and humidity about the same. The set up of the house is a bit eclectic with the main living area probably built first and then 4 suites added with two on each side and you must go outside the main living area to access each bedroom. The main living area was nice, but please not it is NOT air conditioned so it did make it very uncomfortable to cook during the day giving high temps and humidity. The bedrooms are very nice a do each have their own min-split ac units. The bathrooms a great where there are doors you can open to the outside with a private outdoor area and feel some nature as you shower. The outdoor space is amazing and our family enjoyed meals at the large outdoor table every night of our stay.

Exceptional! I'm still going back! The villa is beautiful located in the middle of the jungle. It is completely private. Only singles and birds play the curious. We made a barbecue. It's been fabulous! Gabi and Joshua, who take care of the house are adorable. They are always available and helpful. Very beautiful people. I highly recommend and would definitely come back. Absolutely stunning! We loved our stay here - it was the perfect blend of a beautiful private jungle getaway and an easy trip to Puerto Aventuras or Tulum. The entire place is gorgeous with comfortable beds and great privacy. Lots of amazing wildlife as well. The family that takes care of the property are the sweetest people and brought us fresh coconuts one day! Very highly recommend this property and hope to be back one day! We were five women enjoying a bit of a break from our busy lives. the house is lovely nestled deep in the jungle. we were about a 15 minute drive to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and tranquil outdoor dining areas. Most of us enjoy cooking and found the kitchen very well stocked. We were unsuccessful in getting the oven to work but we're able to work around it. over an excellent adventure for five crazy gals from Merida.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the location - even though it's a bit out of the way, it was peaceful and quiet. Perfect house for family and friends with privacy- each room is connected to the house but not connected to the living room, which made it perfect with an infant so I wasn't worried about waking up the whole house. The backyard is better than we could've imagined, super comfortable, fun place to hang out (bring mosquito spray!) and had a Sonos speaker system so we had music inside and outside. We felt super safe on the property with the on-site people and appreciated their local recommendations and how friendly they were. Definitely worth the price, we would 100% come back and stay.

It was a great experience, the place is very beautiful, the same as the photos, very comfortable, very comfortable, private, very good service. The place has all the comforts, they make you want not to go out and enjoy the days there. 100% recommended and it is sure that we will return. Nice place for the family. the place is beautiful, just in the kitchen area the heat is very well enclosed, I understand that because the kitchen is a cabin, there is no way to install air conditioners. But it would be excellent. And consider that they are among nature so the animals and tarantulas are part of the show at some point. The only detail that I don't like is that the dog is walking around the house and with children it is dangerous since although they told us that it is friendly in more than 1 occasion, it became aggressive and because that doesn't let you be quiet. The staff in the house are very attentive and friendly, always attentive.

The photos don't do the place justice, it really is much more beautiful than what you see! A place to share, relax, and enjoy nature. From the reservation, both hosts and campers were available. They took care of us excellent, they were very friendly to us. The house comes with everything, very complete kitchen and bedrooms. I recommend 1000%, ❤️ we'll be back for sure!
