The Penthouse was a good choice. It's a very spacious place for two families with adults and children. The kitchen is very well equipped. The pool area is very cozy and you can enjoy it a lot. The beach is close and you can walk around. There are also restaurants nearby, or you can order Uber Eats without any problem. It has good views from the balcony.

Everything was excellent. I suggest replacing the coffee maker and adding utensils

Place was great for my family and I’s vacation. The views are beautiful and it’s a short walk to the main strip. We had a great time!

My group had a great time in this spacious penthouse suite. We had some water issues completely out of the owners control but was able to make our group comfortable by dropping off water and some other necessities. We greatly appreciated the extra effort. We would definitely stay again. Thank you

Amazing space, great views, convenient location! Loved Johanna’s spot, it was a fun spot for the group to also hang out at with the entertainment options at the place. The location is around the corner from the main strip which is like a 10min walk from the apartment (recommend renting golf cart to move around nearby!).

Johanna’s place was perfect! The housing and the pool was amazing for hanging out and relaxing. The location was also great as we were within easy walking distance to the beach and everything on the Main Street in Jaco. Would absolutely stay again!

My five friends and I stayed at this beautiful penthouse in Jacó for a week, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife, making everything easily accessible while still being very enjoyable. The condo is spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. There was more than enough room for all of us, and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed—nothing was missing, and it truly felt like a home away from home. A big thank you to our host, Johanna, who was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The quick and clear communication really made a difference. We highly recommend this place and would gladly come back anytime!

The penthouse was amazing... very big and spacious ...modern... balcony had views of mountain and little bit of ocean.. morning you can bird's including macaw spotted four in the evening.. great pools..very safe because security was top notch.. Johannes the host always responded promptly when we had questions and made sure the stay was comfortable..highly recommend for families or close knit group of friends...PuraVida!!

Johanna's placeis the perfect balance of peace and quick walks to fun and vibrant night life. The condo iteself is modern, very spacious and never felt crowded ( with 4 adults and 2 teens).
