Thank you Fran & Katalina & Mau for hosting us at your home. It was steps from a beautiful beach in Cocles and had everything we needed.

location, location, location. Sounds of the sea, just 20metres walk to Cocles beach, you can pop out for a few mins or all day. We enjoyed the beach completely alone at night in the moonlight. Howler monkeys right outside in the trees, walking distance to restaurants or a cheap tuk tuk ride to Puerto Viejo. . Lots of towels, functional (if not beautiful) kitchen with all required utensils,and big refrigerator. Large terrace, well lit. Good AC units in bedrooms. Great PDF instructions in English and Spanish, great responsive communication. We will return secure parking for one car.

Fran was very kind in letting us come in before check-in to use the parking and showers; we really appreciated it. The place was amazing, just like the photos, facing the sea, spectacular. The whole place was super clean, including the bedding and towels. A safe and quiet place. The directions to get there were extremely detailed, and Andrés, who welcomed us at the property, was also very friendly. We traveled as 2 adults, a child, and a pet. We loved everything. We would definitely come back, and we recommend the place 100%.

We had such a great stay here. The Airbnb had that perfect beach feel super chill, clean, and spacious. It’s a two bedroom (queen + two double) and it fit our family of four (my wife and two kids) comfortably. The whole property is gated and only accessible by security codes, which made it feel very safe especially with kids. The restaurants and local shops were only a 2 minute walk away. Which made it very easy to get something to eat. The outdoor setup was the highlight. The patio leads to a backyard with a secured gated and from there it’s less than 30 yards to the beach. Listening to the waves at night is something else. Big thank you to Fran and Katalina for being great hosts. Katalina was great. She was very helpful and had plenty of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Absolutely a pleasure to work with. Andy, the property manager, was also amazing, super friendly and very helpful. Overall, we loved it and would highly recommend! Pura vida🤙 Clarence

Wonderful stay! We stayed 5 days. The accommodation (the 2-bedroom maisonette) was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Very close to the main road, but very cozy and safe at the same time - the sound of the waves camouflages the sound of traffic! The sea view with vegetation around - it's great! (But we only bathed there once - chose to discover other quieter beaches nearby). Air conditioning in the bedrooms and comfortable beds allowed for good nights sleep (despite the howler monkeys - wow!) We had a rental car - the parking space is very small and close to the road - but with a security barrier - it seems typical for the area. Many thanks to Kat who sent me all the information not only about the accommodation but offered a whole list of activities and services offered nearby :)

Loved this place and Fran was very communicative. I wish i could have stayed longer.

I felt immediately comfortable in the accommodation and found exactly what I expected - maybe even a little more, because the location is really unique! Highly recommend!

Really great location in Cocles on the beach and close to everything. We were there New Year's Eve and it was incredibly crowded in Puerto Viejo - it was great to be on the beach for the New Year
