Our hosts Isabelle and Gilles were very organized, helpful and responsive. Jorge the Chef prepared us amazing meals all week long and the rest of the staff was friendly and professional. The house, propert, and amenities speak for themselves and are as advertised. Highly recommend!

We are a three-generation, ten-person family and we loved Ohana. The whole place is beautiful and incredibly clean. It looks just like the photos. Jorge kept us deliciously well fed. His cooking is excellent and he responded to our dietary needs. The kitchen is the cleanest kitchen I have ever seen in an Airbnb or really anywhere. Wonderful staff kept the house and grounds clean as well. There is plenty of comfortable seating and various game sets in the “yard” and air conditioning in the bed rooms. I really miss the sea view and the sound of the waves and the wind in the palms.

Perfect Place, Perfect House, Perfect Chef!

Perfect home for a restful and relaxing vacation. The house is fully staffed with a chef, housekeepers, and groundskeepers. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. Definitely book massages with Viv, she's a gem. True definition of an all in one vacation. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at the Ohana house! Our chef Damien was great, our two young families were pleased with family friendly accommodations like toys, books and baby gates and the location/property was beyond what we expected. We used the recommended massage therapist Viv a she was exceptional. Our trip couldn’t have been betters

In February of 2026 our family of 9 (6 adults & 3 teenagers) stayed at Ohana in Placentia, Belize. It was perfect. This large beautiful property provides privacy on the ocean, and easy walking access via sidewalk to shops, restaurants, and crafts. Ohana has been nurtured and maintained to a high standard, is fully equipped for endless fun. It is located in a quiet and friendly community, and the staff are supportive and a delight. The owners, Isabelle and Gilles, care about you and their property. Our family would very much like to return, and I strongly recommend Ohana to you.

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend. The house is exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation and the daily housekeeping staff kept everything clean. The food the chefs prepared were AMAZING and allowed us to enjoy our time relaxing by the pool, swimming in the ocean, playing volleyball or enjoying the paddle boards/kayaks. Another highlight was that the town is within an approximately 10 minute walk by path or beach.

If I could give one hundred stars, I would. This place is absolutely beautiful. Also amazing to have staff on call. We had food cooked, massages, they called taxis for us. There’s a ton of games. Thoughtful touches throughout the house and a lot of extra things you don’t normally find in an Airbnb. Gilles was super responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This place is absolutely out of this world! -Chef: made exquisite meals, and is the most amazing person. He was so accommodating and helpful (we had vegans in out group). -Cleanliness: the home was spotless upon arrival, and they have staff who clean up daily - which was amazing! -Hosts' responsiveness and help: cannot emphasize how wonderful they were. From helping us coordinate transport, to local recommendations, and responsiveness, they were extremely helpful and friendly. -Beautiful home: the photos don't do the home justice! You'll absolutely love the home. We went with a group of friends, and there was so much for us to do, right at the house. We were also loving the sound system!! -Close by to the downtown / cool bars: there's a path that leads you right to downtown /more water. You can hit up local restaurants and bars, and souvenir shops. Great location at Placencia. We felt safe at all times. Cannot say enough great things about Ohana :) You will fall in love with it!

The place was perfect. Maria (the chef) and the staff were all fantastic and made our stay very special. Between the private pool immediately next to the ocean, amazing breakfast, drinks, snacks and dinners provided by Maria and using the place as a quick access point to amazing scuba diving, we had a perfect visit.

Ohana was spectacular! The location, the house, the service were all fantastic. The staff was so friendly and gave great recommendations. Cara’s cooking was great and she was so accommodating with respect to the menu. Isabelle and Giles were super communicative. We created a what’s app group chat for comms during our stay and it worked great. The main space does not have AC but there was always an ocean breeze and we kept the windows and doors open all day. It was perfect. The current sargassum bloom made the beach directly in front un- swimmable but that’s not something anyone can control. We went to local point beach - walkable or a five min drive which had no sargassum. Also not busy and had food options right there. Locals were super friendly. We will definitely go back to ohana. For avid fishermen - fishing was great. My husband went out three times.

This is a perfect beach location with wonderful amenities and a very communicative and responsive host. Definitely a wonderful stay.

Wow! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Jiles and Isabelle were amazing hosts! Their communication was immediate! The house was beautiful! I just can’t say anymore amazing things! When we arrived we had a team of folks bringing in our luggage! Jim was an amazing chef and the food was delicious! Velma and Angie did an incredible job keeping the place clean and tidy! The property has all the amenities you would ever need and is walking distance to all the fun things in Placencia! It was so hard to leave!!!! We would go back in a heartbeat!!!! The pool was incredible! The beach was beautiful! So nice sitting outside and hearing the waves hit the shore! Highly recommended!!!!! Don’t miss out on this!!!!

Wonderful stay! The location was perfect, exactly as described. The home was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Firstly, the “incident”. I have a complex neurological condition, and unfortunately on my 2nd night at Ohana, I had a severe episode. This resulted in a trip to the hospital. Then there was a requirement for prescription medication. Isabelle and Gilles were so helpful and supportive and made this work, with many an offer of additional assistance. I am eternally grateful for their support during this time. They both went above and beyond to ensure I got the right care and attention. So thank you both so much for the help in this matter. Secondly, the house and gardens; there has obviously been a lot of thought and creativity gone the interior design of the House. All the bedrooms were beautiful. Lastly the House Team were all fantastic. The ladies that did the room servicing, cleaning and laundry did an excellent job and everything was completed to a very high standard. Special mention must be paid to Jimmy the Chef! To conclude, our stay at Ohana could not have been better.
