The house is just like the photos. It is a beautiful place in a quite area in Todos Santos. Great for the sky views. The house amenities were great. The pool, the jacuzzi, the bbq area outside, walking distance to the beach. She provided chairs to use at the beach. The rooms are good and spacious, the kitchen well equipped. Espe was always in touch to what we needed, plus Jaime helped a lot with questions about the house. Totally recommend Espe’s place.

Very nice house, very well located a few steps from the sea and 10 mins by car from downtown Todos Santos. Very spacious and comfortable. The only thing is what others mentioned about very few dishes and glasses, which means you're constantly washing. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you very much :)

We had an amazing stay - beautiful location and the two houses were perfect for our group. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Both an amazing but also difficult experience. The home is incredible & spotless. Amazing location by beach & everything is very high quality (mattresses, kitchen, knives, TVs, etc). It was a magical weekend. Jamie, the house attendant/cleaner, was also very friendly. Highly recommend for all of these reasons. Why we had some difficulties: 1. the WiFi was very weak so if you have to work remotely, it might be difficult. 2. This is not the hosts fault but a drunk driver crashed into our car parked outside and the house camera was not working at the time, so be careful where you park at night. 3. They charged us $100USD for a few missing plastic plates and cups (which is grossly overpriced). We assured them we have no interest in taking their plastic dishware and they will likely show up in one of the dishwashers or bedrooms once they clean, but the owner had an extremely rude and angry response. If you plan to stay here, I would document the quantity and condition of all the dishes.

I want to address a few concerns regarding the inventory issues noted after your stay. During our final inventory check, we discovered several items were either broken or missing: towels, crystal glasses, plastic cups for the pool, glass wine cups, and some ceramic plates. Replacing these items means purchasing an entirely new set rather than individual pieces, and the $100 USD charge was symbolic of the costs incurred. Our goal is always to ensure a delightful experience. We went out of our way by extending your checkout and providing concierge services, and we must maintain the quality of our home for future guests. Regarding the WiFi, please note that our property is equipped with two Starlink networks along with open WiFi repeaters strategically placed throughout each zone of the house to provide strong and reliable connectivity. The recent comment about weak WiFi is the first we’ve received, and we’re here to address any concerns immediately should they arise. Thank you again for your feedback. This was our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed in. So many areas for our group to enjoy! Just a few min walk to the beach and you can hear the waves crashing all night long. Incredible! Beautifullly decorated. Just a few minute drive to Todos Santos for dinners, shopping and groceries. The house was so sale and open to showings during our stay, so there was a guy that came to house clean every day. That was a little odd and he didn’t really clean, just puttered away in the kitchen, emptied garbages, made beds and folded towels (even damp ones) but never swept or washed floors which we finally just did ourselves. This house could use more towels and beach chairs as we were a group of 12 and ran the washer/dryers daily. Also, the master bedroom in the first house has no sound privacy. The floor is designed with wooden slats, and although it’s beautiful, you can hear everything from downstairs.

The house was incredibly beautiful and a perfect place to stay for our family vacation. Simply the best Airbnb we ever rented. I highly recommend this gorgeous home.

This place and surroundings are absolutely gorgeous. It’s the first STR we’ve stayed in that was even better in real life than the beautiful pictures could do justice to. The homes had everything we needed. Espe was very responsive. We are already planning a return trip!
