Thank you for your feedback. For clarity, the reservation was made for four guests, but nine people arrived. Our goal is always to provide a safe and comfortable stay, and in this case, we accommodated the group for the first night to ensure they had a place to stay.  The extra guests were to leave by 12:00 PM the next day.  At 2:30 pm onsite staff requested they leave, well past agreed upon check out time.  <br/>Our home has clear house rules, including guest limits and check-out times, which help us maintain a positive experience for everyone. <br/>The outdoor camera is positioned only at the entrance for safety and check-in purposes—it does not monitor private spaces.<br/>Nearly all stays at our property are positive when house rules are respected, and we remain committed to providing a welcoming environment for all guests.
