Host Response

Thank you for choosing us for your vacation. It was a pleasure to serve you. You have a place to stay here!

I’ll start with the bad, the AC in the living room only blows warm air so spent most time in the rooms. The smell and the amount of sargassum was uncomfortable. Sad to get there and not be able to get in the water. I was there from Friday to Tuesday and the house was cleaned on Monday. The house is nice and has a beautiful view. Definitely over priced. The host is responsive and helps with anything you need. I felt that in the area everything is overpriced. And this is my opinion, the listing should let people know about the water situation (season) and show pictures of the water below the house so guest can decide if it’s suitable or not. Not walk into a surprise like I did. There is no beach in front of the house so decided not to spend to much time in the house.

Host Response

Dear David, The air conditioning in the living room of the house had a technical failure with the internal card, but it was repaired urgently the same day it broke. I remind you that you were able to enter and enjoy the water in the infinity pool with ocean views every day. The house's interior was cleaned every day from Monday to Saturday unless you requested otherwise. As for the beach and sea level, as advertised and stated in our advertisement on this website, it doesn't depend on us but on nature: we can have a lot of beach, or in the worst case, we always have some beach that can be used, if not in front of the house, then next to it. Neither the sea level nor the amount of sargassum depends on us. Most of the time we have beach and there is no sargassum, but sometimes it changes; the minority of times it affects us. Regards Salvador
