Communication was easy and timely! Vila and location is beautiful, with a great view. I was glad to finally have hot water in Nicaragua lol. It was clean and we really enjoyed the sweet kittens on site. Security team was impeccable, very polite and hard working men.

We went for Eastern vacations and it was perfect, we loved the views and how close it was to all the restaurants and main attractions. Also the fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, we will definitely go again.

Villa was beautiful and had a great view of the ocean and mountains. Staff in restaurant and pool area were fantastic, very friendly great service.

Valeria was a great host any issues we had were responded to and dealt with quickly. Overall a great place to stay, very safe and a good staff. Good value for the price.

Valeria’s villa in Villa de Palermo was great! It was spacious, had an awesome view, and felt very safe since the condominium is gated. The location was perfect driving distance to San Juan del Sur town and the surrounding beaches. Valeria was also very quick to respond during our stay.

We loved our stay there. The check in and check out was so easy. The place felt very safe and there were security guards always around on our level. Not just at the front gate. The view was amazing, and it was very peaceful and tranquil. We can't wait to come stay here again next time.

Perfect place to stay in San Juan del sur, near the town center by car and great views

We spent 5 weeks in this beautiful house and enjoyed the beautiful sunset every evening. The house is located just outside the town of San Juan Del Sur but is easily accessible by motorcycle or taxi. We highly recommend this quiet, beautiful place and had great help and tips on questions on site.

Wonderful stay. The location is perfect with amazing facilities. Loved the condo. All was great!
