Amy's condo is even more beautiful in person! It is clean and roomy and has every amenity you may need. There are beach towels, water floats, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen... Really everything is thought of. What was really special was her concierge, Monse. She is a great communicator. She accommodated our request, at short notice, to check in a few hours early. She spent time with us at check in, answering all our questions and familiarizing us with the area and activity options. She even arranged for a taxi to pick us up and take us to the ferry dock on the morning of our departure. I would recommend Amy's condo to anyone wanting to explore Punta Sur.

Amy and her team were amazing! We had a flight delay that caused us to arrive hours later than expected, yet they were so gracious and cheerful when they welcomed us at the condo - and even ordered pizza on our behalf so we wouldn’t miss the opportunity for a late take out dinner! The condo was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed available to enjoy our time on the island. The area was walkable, with nearby restaurants and water access. We also rented a golf cart for the duration of our stay so we could easily explore the rest of the island and there was plenty of parking available. If we make a return trip, we would definitely stay there again.

The condo was great! The view can’t be beat and it was very spacious. The condo staff keep this property impeccable and Monse was exceptionally helpful as well! Would certainly recommend this stay.

The place was pretty much exactly as advertised. The host was flexible and didn't complain about me arriving at about 10:00 PM as a result of delayed flights, taxis, etc. She responded to all of my messages quickly. I also spent part of my trip at an all inclusive resort that actually cost more money, and truthfully, I wish I would have just stayed at this place the whole time. It was much nicer. One other small detail that really stood out to me... I realized as I was arriving in my taxi that I didn't have the correct change to pay my taxi driver. She actually pulled out $200 pesos for me, smiled and said "just get me back when you can!". That display of trust made me immediately feel more comfortable with the place I was staying. Would gladly stay again!

Amy's place was spacious and well-stocked with excellent views looking across to Cancun. Monse was great with check-in and condo-stocking and very responsive. It was convenient to have a little beach club across the street - it was small and not fancy like some of the beach clubs on I.M. but it had decent snorkeling, umbrellas, etc. Appreciate the hospitality!

We really enjoy going to Isla. This location is great! We like the slower pace and evening quiet of the south side. The sunsets & ocean view are a bonus!

Great location - walkable to the beach, restaurants, stores, coffee, and local sites. The place was even better than pictured - very spacious with an amazing view and all the amenities you need. Monse (the concierge) was so informative and responsive. She scheduled a private chef which was the highlight of our visit! Highly recommend renting a golf cart, makes it super easy to get around and explore the island.

First of all let me just say that we would stay here again. The location is excellent (away from the party atmosphere of “downtown”). Easy walk to Punta Sur, which is beautiful. The property has very good pictures on Airbnb, which made it look just a touch better kept than it actually is. That’s not to say it wasn’t clean overall, just some areas could use some TLC (water spots on the ceilings, shelves not clean in closets, some odors from the bathrooms at certain times of the day/night). This could easily be a 5/5 places but is probably closer to 3.5/5 with some of the attention to detail that is needed.

Overall, the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. From booking through to check out was amazing. The place is perfect for a couple or small family. We wanted to extend our stay a little bit and Amy was very flexible in allowing this. The local representation welcoming you and managing your stay is second to none.

We enjoyed our stay for two nights. We walked to The Joint and Samura Japanese restaurant. Both of them were really good. The house is walking distance to Punta Sur as well. The pool was really nice, but we didn’t stay long enough to get in. Everything was very clean and the host was very friendly and informative. It was very quiet and secure.

The location was good for us, it felt private, but if we wanted to go out and do things we could very easily. I liked the quietness, but we visited town and north beach daily!!
