We had an amazing time at Casa Kennedy! There’s no need to keep looking, just book this location and you’ll be more than happy. I can’t speak highly enough regarding the location. The home had more than enough space for our family of 5. We have three teenage kids and they were able to walk anywhere directly from the home without a worry. There are many restaurants, bars, dive shops, convenience store within a few steps making anything you need super convenient. There is also plenty of private space to lounge both on the deck and in the front yard and private beach area. Many great family memories were made at Casa Kennedy and we look forward to a return trip at some point in the future.

Our week at Casa Kennedy was amazing! Great location, right on the water. Nancy and her daughter cooked amazing meals for us and got my son a birthday cake. The location is absolute perfection. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful house, located next to some of the best resorts in Roatán. It feels like a small private paradise, ideal for relaxing and enjoying an unforgettable vacation. The house comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Maritza's service was excellent and the staff who looked after us at the property were always very friendly, attentive and helpful. Tip: Ask for Omar to arrange transportation and tours. He has excellent contacts and options that really make the experience in Roatán even better. I would definitely stay here again. Totally recommended! Five stars.

Amazing location with wonderful hosts. Everything was just as listed. I can’t believe how great the reef is and it’s just off the beach. Love the chairs right on the beach too. Would absolutely stay again.

John was a wonderful host. The home was just what we were looking for. It is right on the beach, with a beautiful view and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. .We also used Nancy for some meals - she is amazing. There was 7 of us - we had plenty of room. Absolutely loved it. Hope to stay there my next visit to Roatan.

We have stayed at other properties in Emerald Beach and this trip we had pleasure of staying at Casa Kennedy . The property is beautiful and is steps from the beach . This house is roomy and we had 8 adult guests with no issues at all . The house was totally clean and had everything we could ever need . Having the driver available was soooo helpful . We did not have services of the cook but we understand she prepares fabulous meals . The beds are very comfy and we all had good nights sleep . The area is quite conducive to a relaxing time . West Bay Beach is awesome and the house is in easy walking distance to all the restaurants . We would not hesitate to stay at Casa Kennedy again .

This house is amazing. The proximity to the beach is unreal, and we really enjoyed the private beach area that is shaded, overlooking the water, with stunning views. We also loved the morning coffee and afternoon meals on the deck. We had everything we needed to cook from the kitchen supplies/appliances. The hosts were very responsive and helped with all situations. We have stayed in many Airbnbs throughout the world and this is one of the best. We will definitely be coming back! From my in-laws who joined us: Truly a magical place - exceeded our expectations which were already very high! And really appreciate how the home had all the needed supplies, and how responsive and accommodating the hosts were of our questions and small issues - would love to enjoy this wonderful place again in future!

This was a beautiful place to spend time with our family of 8. Easy access to the beach and comfortable accommodations for everyone. It felt more like a cottage house as opposed to a pristine home. The host was very responsive to all of our concerns but we did have language issues with our on site manager. The upper level was roomy enough for everyone to hang out if we weren’t outside enjoying the sound of the surf.

This is the most beautiful location on the most beautiful beach on the island. Every time we stay here, I can hardly believe how beautiful it is. My morning ritual here is coffee on the deck as I look at the beautiful garden and enjoy the birds, geckos, and agouti. Then throw my swimsuit on and walk the mere steps to our private white sand beach with lounge chairs and soak up some sun until I walk the few more steps to crystal blue warm and calm water to see huge red starfish and other fish swimming with me...and beyond that is the mesoamerican reef...close enough to swim to! Everyone here is so nice and helpful. John and Maritza checked in and made sure we had everything we needed. Omar, our driver, took us everywhere we needed and provided great restaurant recommendations. Nancy, the house manager and chef was absolutely amazing...she was there to welcome us at check-in and quickly answered any questions we had...and made two of our meals for us and they were delicious!

We loved our stay at Casa Kennedy. The house was immaculate and perfect for our family of 5. We loved the location. It was perfect to hang out on the beach and short walk to the house to refill our beer and drinks. It was also so convenient to the mini store, snorkeling and restaurants. Nancy was super helpful and always quick to answer any questions. We also used Omar for driving us around. He was the most genuine, nice guy. You could not ask for a better location or a more responsive, helpful host! House truly is right on the beach, with your own private sitting area. Very spacious, comfortable accommodation. Deck is terrific for meals and watching sunsets. Easy walking distance (on the beach) to many good restaurants. You really don’t need to leave once you’ve arrived!

Best Airbnb ever!! Definitely, definitely stay here!!! We are a family of 6 which includes 4 children ages 17-22. This was absolutely perfect for our family. There was plenty of space to relax and lounge whether that was inside, on the balcony, in the hammocks or at the private beach area on the loungers. The location is unbeatable. Like truly the stuff of dreams. We loved having the privacy of a home and the ability to make breakfast and lunch but also the social aspect of being on the beach and being able to go to a variety of restaurants at night or grab a cocktail literally steps away. There is snorkeling, jet ski rentals, a small grocery, bars, restaurants literally steps down the beach. Fantastic for our children who wanted to explore and do their own thing but we also had the house to gather as a family and watch movies together at night, play games, or just contemplate the sunset . Communication with the host was exceptional. This home is ON THE BEACH. Best vacation ever.
