Peter and his team are awesome. Ms. Velda cooked up some great meals with local fish, chicken and veggies. Ms. Dali was an incredible hostess. Mr. Melvin maintained impeccable grounds, showed us where to fish and where to swim. Peter was super helpful in arranging tours and providing tips for other parts of our trip. This is a very special place...perfect for slowing way down as you sit on the deck over the water and watch the waves, wildlife, and stars at night. We will be back, with a few friends next time! It is better than the pictures or website capture (even though they are great!).

We felt grateful for the personal touches we experienced every step of the way. The people are genuine and provided true hospitality. Our kayaking, fishing, and incredible meals in a pristine environment are the best way to have spent our last few days of 2023!

I can’t express enough how incredible our stay was at Tarpon Sands. My family spent a week there as a surprise trip for my father’s bday. Ahead of and during the trip, Pete was proactive, accommodating, and responsive. He arranged for a Christmas tree to be put up and a bday cake, even asking us what flavor! Pete arranged all transportation, including a shuttle to/from the airport and ~20 min boat ride to the island. We also scheduled 2 excursions through him. We were greeted by the island staff on arrival. It is paradise there - surrounded by water and ocean life, delicious meals each day with beverages, and sandbars reachable by kayak. Our villa had AC in each bedroom, hot water for showers, and daily housekeeping. The most special part of our stay was the staff - Melvin, Dali, Velda, and Mauda. We felt safe and right at home with their care and hospitality, including teaching us to fish! We are recommending Tarpon Sands to our friends and family, and will certainly be back.

Highly recommend this island paradise for families or folks looking to fish, dive, snorkel or spend time on the water. There truly is no comparison to the normal staying in a traditional beach place when it comes to getting away. The food, the hospitality and freindliness of the staff and the beautiful facilities made for a wonderful experience. Where else could you see sunsets and sunrises, enjoy reading in a hammock, catch bonefish and watch tarpon off of the docks and never have to put on shoes or worry about where to eat or what to cook? Peter, the fishing and tour guides and the staff were simply awesome and we hope to go back again soon. A+++++

The location is stunning, Sarah was a perfect host , always available to our needs. Dali was a perfect manager . Carol the best cook of Caribbean and great singer. There aren’t words to describe how wonderful our time was at Tarpon Sands! Peter and Sarah have thought of everything and Sarah made getting our trip set up a breeze!Arnaldo, Dolly and Radiance made our stay on the island perfect! The food was amazing and we had absolutely everything we needed; even a Christmas tree!The house was comfortable and clean and the dining area had a wonderful view. We saw a lot of local wildlife including a few dolphins and the island iguana. We will definitely come back and will recommend Tarpon Sands to everyone!

Amazing!!!! Pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this island is. From the sunrise to the sunset. From Kayaking to a nearby uninhabited beach to sitting around a fire at nights, we had a blast. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and great at their job. Peter and Sarah made us feel like we had known them for years and are extremely easy to communicate with. We’re already planning on our return trip to Tarpon Sands.

We loved Tarpon Sands! It was such an awesome place. We loved the location. We felt so secluded, like we had our own little slice of paradise. We went snorkeling every day and could see lots of great reef fish right next to the island. The bedrooms were great. Having a cook was fantastic. The food was amazing! Arnaldo the caretaker was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed kayaking to the neighboring uninhabited islands and mangroves and saw lots of cool wildlife. The views were absolutely breathtaking. We highly recommend treating yourself to this sweet spot. Sarah and Peter the hosts made the stay very comfortable and were such gracious hosts. We enjoyed our time on the island so much even if one of the days were were there was so incredibly windy we could not do much, just being in such a beautiful place with that view made it that much more bearable to not get out on the water and do something!

A perfect place to get away from it all! Stunningly beautiful and everything taken care of, so you can just relax and spend time with your family. It was definitely one of the best vacation experiences ever. Thank you, Sarah and Peter!

Sarah and Peter were amazing hosts. Tarpon Sands is an amazing oasis in the Caribbean Sea. Definitely going back.

This was an absolutely incredible trip!! The pictures really do not do this place justice. A few notes: - absolutely everything was included. This per day cost includes everything from transportation to all meals to snorkels and kayaks on the island. Excursions (diving trips and cave tours, for us) and extra alcohol were the only added costs. But even then, Sarah recommended a duty free shop run by her childhood friend that gave us a significant discount at the airport. - the island staff are professional and absolutely fantastic. Debbie (the chef) makes incredible food, Dali (the housekeeper) continually made sure our large group of 12 had plenty of space, and Arnaldo assisted with the kayaks, keeping drinks stocked, setting up a campfire, etc. They were all wonderful and we couldn't be happier that they were on the island with us. - all excursions were preorganized by Sarah beforehand. All we had to do was wake up on time and a boat was ready to take us where we needed to go. No logistics to deal with during the vacation - all airport transfers and transportation were included. Again, no logistics to deal with. - most importantly, all food was included. We sent food preferences and dietary restrictions beforehand, and Sarah sent us a menu to look over and adjust as we wanted. - some alcohol and drinks were included. - the island is beautiful. Pictures posted here do not do the place justice. I've been on many all inclusive vacations in the Caribbean and this one by far takes the cake. The price, after everything, was actually significantly cheaper than all all inclusive resort alternatives. If youre looking for a secluded Caribbean getaway, this is the best place you could book.

It's hard to describe how awesome we enjoyed our time at Peter & Sarah's island. Myself and a few of my business partners were looking to end our trip around Central America off in style and thanks to these guys, that definitely happened. Our time in Belize was the highlight of our entire trip mainly because of this island ;) It doesn't matter if you're looking for a family getaway, adventure or relaxation. Their private island has it all. Plus Peter and Sarah themselves are absolutely fantastic people. We couldn't of asked for better hosts. I recommend booking with them asap otherwise their going to be fully booked with me haha. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to everyone who was looking at taking a trip to Belize.
