7 of us stayed at Manuel's place. We enjoyed the place. communication was amazing. the place was nice. a block and half from restaurants and entertainment. the only thing that could of been better was mattresses were not all that comfortable. everything else was amazing.

The place was great, as described, close to the airport, and better furnished than most places in the area that cost more. The owner is absolutely wonderful, very communicative, and whenever we needed something or were missing something, he always took care of it for us. I really, really recommend it. If we ever go back to Nicaragua, we'll definitely contact Manuel first.

Very nice apartment had a comfortable stay with A/C in all rooms and a full functioning kitchen there was also someone on watch at night to maintain safety. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We specifically booked this place for the pool but when we arrived we were told that the house has electrical issues and we should not stay there. thankfully he did have another house that he thought was of equal value because it had more bedrooms. but unfortunately we did not need more bedrooms. we really wanted to enjoy the pool. overall Manuel was very nice and very responsive and if we were looking for a house without a pool this would have been a perfect stay

The most significant advantage of this accommodation is its location. It is located 15 minutes from the airport and in a relatively safe area. You can easily access restaurants like Pizza Hut and McDonald's on foot; above all, the house gives you a safe and private feel. Two washing machines and one dryer can be used, which has the advantage of being a group of people staying. The swimming pool is also well-maintained, so it can always be used. Above all, communication with the host is smooth, and inconveniences can be addressed immediately, giving high scores in terms of service. I strongly recommend it to groups of 10 or more people.

A very good option. A very quiet place. A very comfortable house with everything you need to feel at home. Highly recommended. I will definitely return on my next trip.
