This is our second time visiting this house. We like it because it is a very quiet place and offers privacy. The girls enjoyed the pools that are safe and fun and we were able to walk to the beach as it is very close. Mrs. Noemí's attention is always attentive and cordial. We will be back, we love the place.

The amphrition is rude. The listing does not say no pets, that the pool until 10 pm, nor that there is no thermal glass in the pool after you pay. Beds are uncomfortable old canapes on worn sheets. There was no toilet paper in the main bathtub. I live in ph. I wanted to enjoy more time, but I never thought you had more rules than dd dondd. I wanted to negotiate with the Host as we were the only ones was not possible. I'm telling you, the listing doesn't say that until you pay. I don't recommend it if it's for sleeping to rest if

We really liked the place. We were looking for a quiet place to spend time as a family and it was just what we found. The house is comfortable and the area is very clean and beautiful. The swimming pool has two spaces one for adults and one for young children. The girls loved the pool. The house is very close to the beach and we liked that too. Noemí treated us very well and was attentive to our needs. I would definitely come back.

Really nice town and residencial area. House is spacious and fresh with nice common areas , however things inside the house need some upgrades .

This is a great option for both a short and longer stay. You can enjoy and relax in the house, the pool and the beach. The house comes with everything that you'll need to enjoy your stay and the grounds keeper is a great person.

We had a very good experience, the place was very clean and following all the security measures. Naomi and Victor are very attentive. The pool is for the entire complex complex (3 duplex houses) but very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The common area is spacious, pleasant atmosphere to spend with friends or family, a few minutes from the beach. The house has all the basics for your stay, except towels due to the pandemic.

Our stay in El Palmar was cozy, the place keeps it clean, good common areas. The beach is very good for walking and swimming.

The perfect place to rest, share with family and friends. Karim was always very helpful and helpful. The place is more beautiful than the photographs. 100% recommended.

Our stay was very pleasant . It's quiet. With a lot of hospitality from maintenance staff. A great place to spend time with friends.

My family and I had an enjoyable time. Surrounding area is very safe, location is in a great place. I recommend this place for couples and family. Minor problems with plumbing and water supply but staff was responsive. Thanks to Noemi (housekeeper) she was very nice and was available when we needed her. We really enjoyed it.

The place is beautiful, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. They offer barbecue service at an additional cost (one must provide the food). The property's pool and Jacuzzi are great for refreshing or finishing your beach day. Good for a family trip or with friends.

beautiful house, comfortable and in very good condition, good place to go as a family on weekdays, weekends with some music if you play noisy neighbors. The beach is very close to the house and is perfect for surfing. Thanks to Karim and the team and the house, everything was very good, I recommend it!

Just 4 minutes walk to kid friendly surf/boogie board beach! Friendly neighbors. Good store on the way in, stop at Rey Super Market in Coronado to stalk up.
