Our stay could not have been better, José's apartment is beautiful, super clean and with divine decor, everything in perfect condition. The ocean view is beautiful, especially at sunset. José was always attentive to us and Mrs. Reyna helped us with breakfast to make our stay even better. This small family trip that was very simple ended up being a very special vacation! The apartment is very comfortable, very close to the beach and pool area. José was very kind in explaining everything to us upon our arrival. The apartment has several TVs and a sound system and speakers that you can move around, which is very convenient for a pleasant stay. Everything works perfectly, we will definitely come back here.

"My family of 8 people stayed here for 5 days and had an incredible time. The apartment offers amazing views right on the beach, and we loved having access to several pools. The location is very convenient with an OXXO down the street and grocery stores nearby. The complex is gated with a lot of security, so we felt very safe. Important tip for future guests: When you register at the front office, make sure to bring a credit card (not a debit card) for the security deposit. The photos matched the property perfectly, and everything was spotless. The onsite staff was also very helpful with everything we needed. We loved the facilities and will definitely be back!

A great place to stay in Acapulco! Jose is a great host: attentive at all times, he has a dream coffee maker that makes delicious coffee; he had great recommendations like the chilaquiles made by Reyna👌. The location is so good that from the living room, terrace and rooms you can see the sunset, as well as having quick access to pools and the beach. I highly recommend this apartment for trips to Diamante.

The apartment is very nice and the view is spectacular. The apartment's location on the island is unbeatable, the beach and pools are just a few steps away. Very good apartment

I have had the opportunity to stay in various properties through the app, and the truth is that I was very pleasantly surprised with the attention that the host has for his guests, he always responds very quickly and attentively, he is very kind. The property's facilities are also very nice, especially very clean upon our arrival, and we tried to keep it that way during our stay and upon our departure, with the help of Mrs. Rosa (the host's trusted person). The apartment has a very nice ocean view, it is perfect for resting. I highly recommend the host and this property, I have no "buts" about it.

José's place is great. It has everything you need for your vacation. I went with small kids. The apartment is located in the tower right next to the beach and with a very big pool and a pool for kids so you have everything close by. Jose and Reyna were very responsive and attentive to make our stay enjoyable. La Isla also has other good amenities such as the water slides which we also used. The slow river was not functioning when we went. The food in the restaurants is also good. Overall excellent stay!!!

The place is amazing, the square is literally a few steps away, the pools are really well maintained, the service is impeccable. We took two babies and children, without any problems. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very conveniently located. We'll be back for sure. We highly recommend it. Reyna helped us with the cleaning and breakfast, phew! You won't want to miss it.

I had a wonderful experience in Acapulco staying here with my family. The view is spectacular. From the moment we arrived, José, our host, welcomed us with great kindness and attention. The description of the place matched the photos perfectly; everything was just as beautiful in person. We decided to get breakfast with Reina, and it was an excellent choice. The food was delicious and really complemented our stay. One of the highlights was the terrace, ideal for enjoying family moments and, above all, to admire the sunsets that are simply breathtaking. I recommend booking with José. Their hospitality and the quality of the place made our visit very good. You will feel at home!

I thought the apartment was really cool because it's really close to the pools and the beach, we literally preferred to go up to the apartment's bathroom to walk more within the accessible fan complex that was the Bali tower where the apartment is located, I went with older people and they didn't have to walk more than 100 meters to be by the sea, everything was really good!! Martha is very friendly and José is always attentive!!

The stay was excellent, the location next to the beach and near the secondary pool, the one in the tower was under maintenance, but no problem, there are several possibilities with very easy access, even for older people. The apartment is perfectly equipped and Mrs. Martha's cleaning and cooking help was great for family living, plus she has an excellent attitude and cooks very well. José was very attentive, but the truth is that there was no need to contact him, the directions were clear, the access was easy and fast and everything was very organized in the apartment. We'll definitely be back.

Jose's apartment is amazing is amazing, it's worth staying there, the view is amazing and it's not the same. The photos don't do it justice, the location is excellent, if you are hesitant to stay here if you are hesitant to stay here. The only bad thing is that the administration does not have pet friendly policies and are not very flexible about it, if you want to go there with your puppies I recommend bringing a letter that is a service dog, otherwise you won't be able to access the awnings on the beach, the restaurant or walk anywhere in the residence complex. It's worth adding that Jose, I'm trying to do my best to help us and that our puppies were able to access it, which is an excellent host. But if you don't have dogs, you don't have any worries and book now that you can.

José was an excellent host, he was always attentive to any questions; also Mrs. Martha was very friendly for any need, it is worth paying for the cleaning, they leave the apartment very well. The location and view, excellent! I would highly recommend it!

Excellent location, clean and comfortable

This apartment is wonderful. In terms of location I can say that, inside the island I have tried a couple of accommodations and this one is definitely worth it. From the door of the apartment to the beach are 4 minutes at a slow pace, it is extremely comfortable, you enjoy the beach a lot (and to the pool are 2 minutes). The apartment has a magnificent ocean view, we had breakfast, ate and dined on the terrace as it is a good size and the ocean and sunset views are very well enjoyed. A couple of days in the mornings we even saw dolphins. José is very well cared for the apartment, as well as his armchairs, chairs and beds are very comfortable. I will definitely be returning to your place.

Jose’s place is stunningly gorgeous! The views of the ocean and pool could not be any better!!! Sunsets were beautiful. The pool is lit up at night with pretty colors and we enjoyed unobstructed views of the ocean!! The condo is walking distance to La Isla Shopping mall, restaurants, coffee shops and the grocery store. Every room had its own bathroom which made it super easy to have a larger group stay comfortably. The decor was a perfect mix of modern with a minimalist Mexican feel. Jose was very accommodating and responsive every time I messaged him. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful, nice vacation condo! Thanks Again Jose!

This complex is breathtakingly maintained. The apartment is on the beach side on an 8th floor. Beautiful view. And very spacious. It has 4 bedrooms with bathroom excellent for a large family. I would also give it a great added value that they have a trusted person who serves you very well and cooks you. It has the impressive apartment clean. Mr. Jose was attentive to all my requirements. I'm sure we'll be back

Awesome apartment! Super clean! Great location. Loved that there were 4 bathrooms (one for each room). The kitchen is well equipped. Lots of closet space. TVs with cable! Everything worked as it should. Not the strongest wifi but adequate if you are not working with video conferencing. Overall highly recommends and we plan to stay here again!

Amazing New Year's Eve, we could see the fireworks from the terrace. The view is beautiful and you can hear the sea while you rest. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and modern. Each room has its own bathroom and the location at the foot of the sea is unbeatable. The complex pool is very large but already needs maintenance, it has areas with gaps because the tiles have peeled off but it is still quite enjoyed. Martha, the lady who welcomes you, is very friendly and always attentive to what you need. An excellent choice of accommodation.

Our stay was excellent. The apartment can't be better located, as there is Bali Tower, which is closest to the beach, pool facing the sea and the restaurant. The apartment was clean and with contemporary decoration. It has 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms, which helped us a lot in terms of everyone's privacy. It is a beautiful apartment very spacious very comfortable four bedrooms four bathrooms we were four couples and we had an amazing time by the extremely helpful cleaning girl He recommended us to a person who made us eat delicious and by very few pesos We don't have any, but some for the apartment is really excellent But the condo restaurant leaves a lot to be desired But there are excellent restaurants in Plaza La Isla

Jose's place is great. The view and comfort on the terrace is just amazing, a few steps from the beach, close to the mall. Amenities are not crowded. We had a wonderful time. My only comment is that the condo is not pet-friendly at all. Pets are not allowed around the pool area, gardens, restaurant (open space), not even in the beach tents from the condo. Fortunately, there's an empty lot right next to the condo and we enjoyed the beach there. The beach is great btw.
