This is an awesome place for a family! We really enjoyed the private pool, the spacious living and dining areas, and the overall comfort of the house. The complex also has a kids’ pool with slides, which our kids absolutely loved and enjoyed every day. We also had drinks and some delicious local food at the club. Overall, a great place for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended! Fer was 24/7 paying attention to every need.

Everything was perfect. Mr. Fer was very friendly and approachable at all times. The house is very nice, the pool is very cool and it's private. We hope to be back soon!

Everything I have to say about the experience we had is positive. There was excellent communication with the host. It was very easy to get there and enter the house, which is beautiful, with every detail to make our stay an excellent experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, with private bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, all beautiful. Each living room was better than the last. The kitchen had everything you need to make anything from simple breakfasts to banquets. The patio and pool area are very well maintained: clean, warm pool and well-mowed lawn. Residential complex with security. We'll be back for sure.

Our stay at Fer's house was excellent. The house is amazing: very spacious, impeccably clean, and very easy to find and access. Fer was a first-class super host. He was always attentive to us, helped us with everything we needed, and really went the extra mile to make the experience perfect. He even allowed us to check out late because it was my birthday, a touch that we greatly appreciated. The pool area is simply spectacular and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. I 100% recommend this house for families or friends. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment in Vista Mar. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and the beach club, where we enjoyed relaxing by the water and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The apartment offered a peaceful setting. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee by the pool or unwinding after a day at the beach, it was the perfect place to relax. Fer was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check- out.
