The place was exactly as pictured and we thought it felt even bigger than shown on the listing. The kitchen was great, AC worked well, and the pool and dock were very nice. Gin was really flexible and helpful, and kindly accommodated a late checkout which prevented us wandering the streets in a storm with our suitcases! The location has a lot of nearby restaurant options and is a bit removed from town (which we wanted and expected), but easy to access.

Would definitely recommend for anyone! The hospitality was excellent and communication was as well. We had a great vacation and want to come back!

I would certainly stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling to San Pedro. It’s close to town and the truck stop and all the major social hubs. Also has great restaurants in walking distance. The house is significantly larger than the photos. High ceilings, open living room, beautiful balancing with views of the dock. Thank you for having us!

This is second year my group stayed at the Rainbow House. It is a great place. Two separate units which gives enough space for everyone. Perfect location. Beautiful view of Caribbean and very nice yard and pool. Sergio is very responsive and great. Highly recommend.

Great location right outside the hustle and bustle of town yet so private and peaceful. Great restaurants in walking distance and everything else a quick ride into town. There were 9 of us in the entire house and it was spacious enough for all of us. Very responsive host. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful home and location! Our whole family loved every minute of relaxing in the pool, enjoying the views, and exploring the area. Thank you for an amazing place to stay!

The accommodations and location, right on the beach were like being in paradise! We loved sitting on the end of the dock which was relaxing and quiet. We were close yo the city and lots of local restaurants. The Truck Stop was a great food place to hang out.

We recently stayed at Rainbow Villa for our kids spring break (March 2026) and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was the perfect space and location for our family of 4 (7yo and 4yo). It’s close to San Pedro, about 25min drive to Secret Beach, and walking distance to the Truck Stop (a very kid friendly place for food and games). Since it’s on a side street, it’s very quiet and peaceful. Inside was very spacious and clean. We didn’t swim out front, but I don’t think that is common on this side of the island. The pier was very enjoyable to seat out on. Both Gin (owner) and Serjio (local manager) were very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed both the pool and spacious yard, as well as painting some of the shells! We were connected with a local tour group who connected us with a golf cart and also picked us up on the pier for a half day snorkel trip. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here when we visit San Pedro again!

The bedroom configuration works well for a family of 4. Large open living space with good cross breeze. High ceilings on second floor with local wood accents. Colors and lights make it easy to find for tour guides who pick up at end of pier.

When you travel to a foreign country you never really know what you are going to get. Pictures sometimes betray what you will actually experience when you get there. That was NOT the case with Rainbow Villa. It exceeded even what you could see online and took you to a place that was beyond expectations. It is the perfect spot for relaxing and a place you look forward to spending time in while you are not out adventuring around Belize. The hosts we interacted with - Gin and Serjio are great - responsive and always on the other end of the line. Karen and the folks at DeeKay's Under the Sea Adventure Tours were outstanding! They picked us up from the airport, escorted us to the house where Serjio was waiting to give us a tour, helped us arrange a couple of incredible tours, and then made sure we made it back to the airport when we left. You should definitely choose the Rainbow Villa if you are looking for luxury in San Pedro. You will NOT be disappointed.

Great location away from downtown but close enough to walk to coffee shop and restaurants. Responsive host and caretaker. Easy check in and out. Well maintained and the pool great.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, the house was great, and the staff was excellent. I found the bed description a little confusing when booking. We had 4 couples so we booked the entire villa, that was great because we were able to spread out and have some private areas. A couple things to note: the upstairs unit is much larger, bigger kitchen and living area with large table to gather, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We used the upstairs for sharing our meals with everyone. Not Great for couples though because one room has a king and one room is 2 twins. We didn’t mind that but some people might. Downstairs is a large master bedroom with king and the other bedroom is a queen and a twin with walk in bathroom. Lots of space for more guests especially kids. The location was great and close to some yummy food options. We felt very safe and secure and we will be booking in the future!

The Rainbow Villa was perfect for our group of 8. The house is really nice and in a great location. Everything was functional and the management team was very responsive. We will definitely rent again!

We had an amazing stay! The Gin and his team truly went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and memorable. Traveling with children on our first visit to a new country can be overwhelming, but they were incredibly helpful in guiding our family every step of the way. The location is fantastic—close to town, great restaurants, and multiple beautiful beaches. Everything was convenient and easy to access. The hosts also connected us with an excellent tour guide, Dee Kay’s, who helped us set up unforgettable excursions. We loved being picked up right from the home’s dock for fishing and snorkeling, as well as the golf cart pick-up and drop-off, which made everything seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!
