This is my 2nd time We love the house We appreciate the extra time I hope there will be more times in the future ahead

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredible. She always responded very quickly, communication was easy throughout our stay, and she was attentive and helpful whenever we needed anything. The place was very comfortable, well maintained, and in an excellent location. We felt safe during our entire stay, and there were very convenient stores nearby for anything we needed. There is also a great restaurant within walking distance, which made the location even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Here’s a polished Airbnb-style review: Wonderful house in a peaceful area of the city. While Carretera Sur is a bit farther from downtown Managua, it remains very well connected and is perfect for a local getaway. Supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping plazas are all within a few minutes of the house, making everything incredibly convenient. The property itself is beautiful. We especially loved the pool area and the spacious backyard. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and exactly as described. Thank you to Eli, don Abel, and doña Ivania for making our stay such a wonderful and memorable experience. We would gladly stay here again.

The house is fantastic. Very spacious and fit our group well. Only notes, to be transparent with those who are willing to pay a premium price, were the lack of amenities and functioning utilities. Not all of the mini splits (A/C fans) were functioning, and not all rooms have A/C. Causing certain bed rooms and other rooms to scorch during the day with lack of any ventilation considering the design of the rooms relied on functioning A/C units. House keeping staff is helpful (especially Doña Ivania she is so sweet) but seemed lacked the resources to stock the house properly. I.E. Each person got one towel about every three days. This is Nicaragua and not my first time visiting. I’m aware of the lack of certain luxuries but, this is why again you pay a premium for your stay, which I would consider these prices to be reasonable but for a slightly higher standard. That being said the house was beautiful, these are just things that I would’ve wanted to know. Also fridge was lukewarm always

Everything is very nice and tidy

The description indicated that all the rooms had air conditioning, and that was not the case. Of the 4 rooms available, 1 room had no air conditioning, and the fan that was there didn't work. Causing a couple in the group to not get a good rest.

This is a very beautiful place to be in. lots of space. Pool size is great my family had a such best vacation ever. We loved that we had a lot we could do and even playing UNO cards as a family was great thanks this place has board games also. The house keepers Abel and Ivania are amazing people. Over all, this has been the place I had been so far. Thanks for keeping this gem place well kept.

Property is stunning very take care house. The host super helpful. Keep the good work with the property and I hope you get too may guests in there.

Loved the place

I had an excellent experience at this Airbnb. From the time of booking, the host was very attentive, friendly, and always available to answer any questions. The place was spotless, very clean and tidy, exactly as shown in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable, the atmosphere was quiet, and everything was well equipped, which made my stay very pleasant. The location is also perfect, close to everything you need and in a safe area. I definitely felt right at home. I recommend this place 100% and I would definitely stay here again in the future.
