The house was exactly as described and perfect for our family Thanksgiving vacation. The views from the penthouse were amazing and the kids loved both pools. The house is convenient to everything on the island and we loved being able to walk out onto our own little beach. Highly recommend!

Excellent home or rather 3 units each with their own lock. This was perfect for our family. The house was spotless including the kitchen and the dishes, sometimes things just don't seem to get clean but this had to be the cleanest I've ever seen!! We had a few things arise and they were all handled immediately if possible, excellent communication!! And you just cannot beat that view no matter what unit you're in! I would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you're a family/group who enjoys privacy!

We spent a week over Christmas at Michael's place. The house was ideal for our group of 6 people. We each had our own private space but were also able to join together for meals and activities. Each apartment is superbly stocked. There is nothing more that you could need. Every kitchen appliance and utensil is available. And there are plenty of towels for everyone. The rooms are spacious and linens very nice. We were very comfortable there. The pool is quite cold - in fact the sea is actually warmer! But unfortunately swimming is very difficult on this side of the island. Even with water shoes we found it to be very rough. This does mean that if you want the beach you will need to take a taxi or rent a golf cart while there. You can easily walk to the large grocery store within 10 minutes. For most restaurants you will need to take a taxi. Micheal was very responsive via message both before and during the reservation. And we were surprised to have cleaning provided at the mid point of our stay! This was much appreciated. Would highly recommend this spot for a family holiday.

Casa Rosa is a beautiful house and allowed our family of 5 adults to enjoy our individual space but yet enjoy family time !!!
