Perfection!!! What more can I say ?? This home was absolutely perfect. We had two families (4 adults + 4 grown kids) and the layout was ideal - parents downstairs , kids up. Beautiful home with everything we needed and most importantly to us - location!!! The beach!!!! I expected maybe a small beach with choppy cold waves - nope ! Long wide beach with perfect temp water and wonderful waves just steps from our back door ! Plenty of chairs and floats in the patio shed… And we had that beach basically to ourselves somehow ?! We walked to the market, restaurants, etc right from the beach. Just completely perfect in every way and we would definitely come back and stay here again! Thank you Paula !!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful beach home in Costa Rica. The host was wonderful, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. Our group of seven, four adults and three teens, had plenty of space and truly enjoyed our time together. The location is incredible, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable trip. We would absolutely stay here again!

We were a group of 8 adults looking for a relaxing 3 days after travelling through Costa Rica. The location was perfect for us. We had a vehicle for groceries and we walked to both Flamingo and Portrero from the beach. We loved the open concept of the kitchen and living room. There are 4 bedrooms, with one of the rooms with 2 double beds. Linens and beds were really comfortable. Paula was more than responsive to my questions throughout my stay. I have no hesitation to recommend this location.

Beautiful house right on Playa Potrero , we rented a golf cart and found it very easy to get around to grocery stores and restaurants. The chef they recommend was excellent! We requested some new patio furniture and Stephanie, the property manager was very accommodating. Would recommend and come again ❤️

Amazing trip! Paula was an incredible host. We had the best trip, and she made it so easy and comfortable! I really appreciated how responsive she was to our questions and getting us all of the pertinent detail we needed well in advance. We’ll be back!

The house was amazing! Paula was very responsive and super helpful. Everything was written in a binder so I had clear instructions on checking out and how to use things in the home. The beach was beautiful and very private! We felt right at home and really loved our stay!

This was the perfect place to spoil ourselves. With a pool right outside the back door and the Potrero cove in the backyard was awesome.

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. We had such a good time that we're already talking about when we can come back. Paula and her property managers were responsible, helpful, and friendly. The house was beautiful and comfortable which is hard to do and the location is perfection. We can't wait to return!

We had the most amazing stay at this beach house! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable week by the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were cozy after long days playing in the sun. The views from the upstairs balcony were breathtaking, and we loved sitting on the patio where we watch the ocean and listen to the waves. The location was perfect—the house sits right on the beach, but still peaceful and private. Walking distance to restaurants and breweries and just a short drive to Flamingo Marina. Our host was so kind and responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to checkout. This was truly the perfect getaway, and we’re already planning our return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation!

Perfect location on the beach with quick access to Potrero and Flamingo. Beautiful sunset views. The backyard was a great space for relaxing and enjoying the weather. Really enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommend staying here!

The house was as advertised and had a very well stocked kitchen, enough patio furniture for all of us, and towels too. The property manager and Paula communicated very well and helped every step of the way for any question we had which was quite a few with traveling with 2 kiddos that were 18 months. Would recommend.

Great location and place to stay, but you do need a golf cart or rental car to get to restaurants and the market nearby.
