Super beautiful place, quiet. Very comfortable in general. Air-conditioned rooms cool you off when you enter, because of the country's climate, since it's too hot. But I recommend the place. We had some problems with the water, but it was because they were doing repairs in the area and they turned it off. After that, there were no issues.

Casa Haydee is a very nice house with everything you need to enjoy your trip. The house was in excellent condition, and the hosts were very good, very communicative, and attentive to our needs. They welcomed us with delicious donuts, we felt right at home, and they even gave us an extra hour to check out later. I highly recommend this place; it has air conditioning, which was very helpful since it was hot. In short, a wonderful place to stay and spectacular hosts. I recommend it!!

The house is comfortable, clean and felt safe with good parking. The kitchen was nicely equipped. Cable TV was a nice bonus I didn’t expect. The best part of this AirBnB was the host. Don Harvey was proactive, attentive & helpful. This trip had a few challenges but they were all handled professionally with kindness and grace. When there was a communication error (on my part) on our first night and we didn’t have a taxi, Don Harvey picked us up personally and drove us to La Republica restaurant, which is outside of town on a mountain top with excellent views of Matagalpa (highly recommended). After dinner he arranged transport back to the AirBnB that included a tour of downtown Matagalpa at night. First class service all the way and I will stay here again on my next trip to Matagalpa.

The family was very nice and friendly. They helped us to find places to eat since they know the area and the food was very good. They were very attemptive to our needs and very responsive. The house is amazing, it has everything you need for your stay. It really felt like home. Prize was fare and the location amazing. If you want to break with the routine, to be in a peaceful, quite, and clean place I highly recommend this place. I give the 10/10.
