All great things to say about this property and host. However, the road up to the place was not my favorite.

Eduardo’s place is gorgeous, with amazing views from different areas of the house, you can enjoy scenery of nature, lake, mountains, sunrise, sunsets you name it, definitely a place I’d stay again

We had such a wonderful stay here! Eduardo and Alexis were incredible hosts from start to finish, always responsive, warm, and made everything feel effortless. Communication was quick and easy, and check-in couldn’t have been smoother. The place itself is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully set up, and so comfortable. Waking up to that stunning view every morning was easily one of our favorite parts of the trip, we’d sit outside with our coffee just soaking it in. The location was perfect too, peaceful but still close to everything we needed. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, this is it. We can’t recommend it enough, book with confidence, you will not be disappointed!

Exceptional villa. It is really well appointed and functional. The view is breathtaking. We were a group of 13 and we were comfortable and had all the space we needed. We appreciated the water machine. As soon as we needed a refill, Alexis would quickly come and change the bottle (for a minimal cost). The pool with the lake view is great. The teenagers really enjoyed the game room.

Eduardo’s place definitely felt like home away from home. You can tell he thought about every detail. The game room was a nice addition for our group of young adults and teenagers. Alexis was helpful in giving us a tour around the place. Also great recommendations for jet skis and private chefs. We didn’t want to leave this place.

A perfect stay! The place is spotless, very comfortable, and has spectacular views. Cleanliness was a 10, and everything worked wonderfully. Special mention for Alexis, the caretaker, who is extremely friendly and helpful; his care made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Definitely invited to come back!

This home is magical!!! Gorgeous architecture and the view...wow!!! Our family of 7 was comfortable and had such a great time here and in the area (Santa Ana, Ilamatepec, jet skis on the lake...). Eduardo is an incredible host...from excellent communication ahead of time to connecting us with jet skis to restaurant & grocery store recommendations and then answering our questions about the beauty of the house...it's like we made a new friend in him. :-) The game room at the house is fun. The pool is perfect. The road to the home is adventurous. Our family enjoyed the experience of it. If you are in the area, stay here and experience this special home.

Absolutely wonderful stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a fantastic time at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described (if not better). The views were absolutely breathtaking. What really stood out was the excellent communication from the host — they were responsive, friendly, and made everything so easy from booking to check-out. A special shoutout to Alexis, the housekeeper! He was incredibly attentive and helpful. The home was spotless when we arrived, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His care really made our stay feel extra special. We highly recommend this listing and would happily book again. Thank you for a memorable stay!

A gorgeous house that lived up to all of the photos and reviews. We had everything we needed and used every space in the house. Our group of 8, including 4 teens, loved the game room, the pool (obviously), and the views (just amazing). We hired Javier for dinner our first night and he used the outdoor grill where we had a wonderful time sitting while he cooked and learning about the area. Alexis was friendly and helpful. Hiking the Santa Ana volcano from here was super convenient and although the dirt road is as advertised, we planned our days so we only went down and up once and that made it manageable. If you are looking for a base for a few days in Santa Ana, this is the place!

Beautiful views from many angles of this home! The game room is a nice touch for kids of all ages. My family and I had a great time. Thank you.

This house is nothing less than GORGEOUS!! The groundskeeper is so kind and helpful, the house is clean and has everything you can ask for. The location is really hard to get to, I won’t lie, but the view is totally worth it.

Eduardo was a wonderful host, and his property was perfect for our group of 9. We loved the layout of the home and the view was incredible! We are so grateful that we had the opportunity to stay and highly recommend it!
