Jodi and Brian’s house is amazing. It’s a modern house in a gated community with a security guard and felt very safe. From the house you have beautiful views of the ocean from the backyard and the mountains from all over the house. The community infinity edge pool is beautiful and quiet and we were the only ones there!! It is conveniently located to Jaco, the beach, restaurants, grocery store and really anything you want to do. The hosts communicated well and helped us to organize a variety of activities. Some recommended activities included Manuel Antonio, which is a must,and so are the 10 waterfalls! If you want a private location in a fantastic house this is the place to be!

The place is so beautiful! It has the beach very close, and lots of thing to do nearby. The hosts were very responsible and kind. Great place! Looking forward to get back

The house is very nicely decorated with a lovely view. Everything went very well. However, the photos are misleading regarding the pool; it is shared with another residence. This is mentioned in the description, but we didn’t read everything. Otherwise, no complaints, it was perfect.

Honestly, the view was stunning, the rooms were very beautiful and spacious, and the kitchen was very nice. Everything matched the photos. It was very quiet, a place to unwind. I would definitely go back at some point in the future. The service was very special. I definitely had a good time with my whole family.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The home is truly beautiful and the location could not have been more perfect. Being so close to the spa made the entire experience feel peaceful and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The views were incredible — looking out over the water and mountains each day felt like something out of a postcard. It was the perfect place to slow down, enjoy nature, and soak in the beauty of Costa Rica. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and scenic getaway.

His home was spacious and beautiful for our family of 6. The backyard had a view of the ocean but more impressive- macaws. They loved the trees near the hot tub.

Great place at Mar a Mar complex. The house is detached from the condo building and quiet. Would need a car if you are staying here. Great views!

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning — spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly five-star hotel quality, but with the space and comfort of a private villa. The views were absolutely incredible and something we looked forward to in the morning and evening. The apartment villa was spacious and perfect for our family, with great amenities and thoughtful touches throughout. Everything felt intentional, high-end, and exceptionally clean. Communication was outstanding — incredibly responsive and proactive, with helpful guidance on the area and how to make the most of our time. The recommendations alone elevated our entire trip. The location was also ideal — close enough to the beach and town for quick drives, yet peaceful and private. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. This place sets the standard for what an Airbnb should be.

This is a gorgeous, modern home in a quiet location with stunning views. Perfect if you are looking for a quiet place to stay that is still near nightlife and busy beach towns. The hosts were extremely responsive and even helped us have groceries waiting for us when we arrived. They also provided a link to a very helpful local concierge service that made it easy to book excursions and day trips.

Monkeys in the back yard! This place was perfection! Immaculately clean, excellent water heat & pressure in the bathrooms, hot tub was the best. I enjoyed a spa day right up the road at Hotel Villa Caletas, absolutely dreamy. The location could not have been better. I could say a million things but we will be back for sure!

Our stay at this stunning villa near Jacó Beach was absolutely amazing. The home is brand new, beautifully designed, and offers breathtaking views that photos simply do not capture. The pool view is especially stunning. From our deck, our teens were thrilled to spot scarlet macaws perched on a tree. It truly felt like paradise. The location was perfect with easy access right off the highway, yet peaceful and private. Our hosts were exceptional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Their communication made everything seamless from check-in to checkout, and their local recommendations helped us navigate the area with ease. We booked the 10 Waterfalls Hike and met our incredible guide, Reiner and Coco, who made the experience unforgettable. Our family has visited many islands and tropical areas but this may be the first place that everyone is eager to return. This villa truly had something for each of us, and our family cannot stop talking about our time in Costa Rica. Simply 1 of a kind!

WOW ! We had an incredible stay in this beautiful house.The house is brand new, decorated beautifully and location is perfect. Lots of toucans in the trees in the morning(CASA TOUCAN). Also saw Scarlet Macaws in the area. There are views of mountains and waterways from every room. The views from the hot tub on the patio are breath taking, as well as from the Pool and Gym( we used these daily). We were looking for a place close to the hotel Villa Caletas since our friends were staying there. It was perfect because we met them at Villa Caletas at sunset which was spectacular and a MUST! We also went ocean kayaking, to waterfalls, and ate at 2 of the restaurants recommended in google doc share by Jodi and Brian. Fresh fruit was left on the kitchen counter for our arrival, which was very nice. Can't wait to go back

This property was perfect for my time in the area! The house is clean and the owners are responsive. The views from the house were incredible! We could see the water in all directions. It provides the ability to get to the city of Jaco in under 10 minutes by car but is far away enough to allow for a quiet, relaxed experience with incredible views. Additionally, the gym and pool were very nice and easily accessible. The owners went above and beyond in giving us dining recommendations which were delicious and great activity recommendations, like ocean kayaking, which were really fun. Everything about this stay was incredible and I would recommend staying at this property to everybody! We were only in the area for a short time, but wish we could have stayed longer!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Costa Rica was perfect in every way and exceeded our expectations! Everything was immaculate when we arrived, and we instantly felt at home. One of the things we most appreciated was how safe and secure the property felt, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. The private jacuzzi was amazing! It was so nice to relax after a day of exploring while surrounded by the sounds of nature. This home truly had everything we could have asked for: comfort, style, cleanliness, and that special Costa Rican charm. We can't recommend it highly enough, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Jodi and Brian are incredible hosts- very communicative and helpful.
