We really liked staying here because the house had everything you need to have a good time. Everything is very clean, quite comfortable, and the communication with the host is excellent.

Manuel was incredibly welcome to his home, showed us the house and its amenities. Super fun having a PS5 and Wii, we were able to have friends over and play some games, super fun and recommend anyone trying to book a place to stay! Very nice and relaxing as well. Will be booking again in the future.

To Manuel future rental .. his place is really feel like home .. me and my family were really happy and comfortable with the house the pool is perfect not too small not too big,take kitchen works 100 percent and the rooms and living room really nice and the porch next to the pool the my family favorite place.. the residencial is quite friendly and full of nature.. 100 percent recommended to anyone with family oriented homes.. thanks to you ,,,,

A very nice house that provides all the amenities it offers, located in a private and quiet area. The only issue we had was with the check-in, as the key was not there, but in the end, it was resolved. Highly recommended.

host was great. very responsive and professional. place was quite and private. the only thing it was that I wish they had more towels in like the closet because the towels that were given to us had to be put to dry.After use and we were in the pool a lot. So we only had one per person. everything else was great.

We stayed at the property for a few nights prior to leaving Nicaragua. A lovely property with all the listed amenities. The teenage children loved the pool and gaming room with PS5. Easy to get taxis to go to the shops and attractions. Highly recommended.

An excellent place to stay if you want to visit Managua. It's very centrally located, spacious, with a pool in excellent condition, and the staff at the entrance are very friendly... I would definitely stay there again.

The place served the purpose but will not stay again, is not the worse but it can use a little update and touch ups.

During your stay, no complaints were reported, and you arrived at night. The house is always cleaned after each guest check-out. I didn't like that they didn't report that they broke a toilet seat cover, I mention it because of the short time I had to hand over the house to the next guest, accidents happen.

There were several concerns during my stay. Communication felt unprofessional at times. Being told to “do what I said” and “follow directions” felt inappropriate for a guest. Guests are expected to run the pool equipment four hours daily with no timer, which required me to wake up at 5 a.m. This was not required during my previous stay. It feels like a maintenance duty, not a guest responsibility. It was also unclear whether the pool’s ~9 kWh daily usage was deducted from the 20 kW limit. My total usage was about 161 kWh, under the 180 cap. Electricity in Nicaragua averages $0.10–$0.17 per kWh, so I recommend requesting the official utility bill if charged extra. Technician visits were unpredictable. Other issues: unprepared bedroom, mold in coffee maker, delayed bedding, limited towel replacements, refrigerator not working until day four, and inconsistent hot water. A $150 refund was promised on day one but later refused. Video and picture were submitted to Airbnb.

En la primera visita de esta persona en noviembre del año pasado, todo fue excelente, de 5 estrellas y sabía de los reglamentos de la casa ( obvio que no hay exigencias al huésped de cumplir con un horario estricto para poner a funcionar el filtro de agua de la piscina, para que naden en lo limpio). La limpieza de la piscina tiene su mantenimiento 3 veces a la semana por un personal privado y actualmente tiene un timer para un encendido automático del filtro de la misma. Ahora con su última visita se pasó quejando todo el tiempo para obtener un beneficio económico y que le saliera a mitad de precio su estadía. Todas sus quejas no eran de emergencia y fueron atendidas. Para evitar mayores conflictos cedí a sus peticiones monetarias. Los huéspedes que llegaron el mismo día que esta persona dejó el alojamiento, nos calificó con 5 estrellas y no hubieron quejas algunas. Igual los huéspedes que estuvieron alojados antes de esta persona no tuvieron quejas sobre el alojamiento.
