Great Place

Juan is an excellent host. Your home is always clean and nice. Talking to his mother was very nice and throughout Nicaragua it was at Juan's place that I tasted the best breakfast. Thank you, my vacation has been great.

Loved my stay at Juan’s place! He and Marielena treated me like family! They took me to their favorite bar for Nica Libres & came with me on the Isletas tour which they booked for the best price in town. Located one block to the city center & Calle Calzada, my city tour literally drove right by their place! Excellent AC & great sheets made for my best sleep in Nicaragua so far and breakfast wow! Cooked to order anytime before noon & Juan makes the fluffiest pancakes you’ve had in your life! Cold & room temperature water is available all day & night for your refillable bottles & I felt safe as a solo female traveler with limited Spanish day & night (Juan is fluent in English Spanish by the way). Also the Wi-Fi was excellent if you happen to be traveling for work or Instagramming your adventures ;)

Located on a quieter street but only a block or two away from numerous bars and restaurants, you cannot go wrong at Juan’s place. Juan was incredibly helpful and sincere, he and his mom treated me like family. They cooked to order my delicious breakfast every morning and had plenty of cold filtered drinking water after the hot days in Granada! Juan speaks perfect English as he lived in the USA for a while so no issues with communication. I had one minor issue with my shower and Juan had a plumber there in hours. Very responsive family run Airbnb in a great location in Granada! 100% recommend! And Granada is totally open as of April 2021. Don’t forget to tour the local cigar factory and take trip to masaya at dusk!!!

Juan and Elena, two amazing people who really make you feel at home. Hospitality, kindness and family air, helping at all times with recommendations and with whatever you need. Excellent breakfast and impeccable accommodation. If we return to Granada, we will definitely choose them. ☺️

Highly recommend!! The location is perfect, directly in the city center, not very far by taxi from the laguna de appoyo, the hosts are really attentive and the cleanliness is impeccable! The beds are in the most comfortable we have had and the place is very beautiful!! 10/10

Juan and Elena and Donald are great hosts. We had a fabulous time in Granada and with them. Terrific spot and they will set you up for whatever you need. Highly recommend them.

We just spent 4 pleasant days at Juan's house. Doña Elena is very affectionate with abundant breakfasts. A beautiful get together this stay. Fabio greets the whole family. If you are looking for a place to stay in Granada, it is here, don't hesitate, I recommend it. And also the possibility of renting scooters. Regards Miguel

We had an awesome stay at Juan’s place. We learned a lot about the history of Nicaragua, had the best steak dinner in Granada, went on an awesome tour of the local food market and chilled with Juan’s family. We strongly recommend the place if you want an authentic local experience and a great tamale brunch!

Juan definitely lived up to his super host title and his mom and service were exceptional. They made me feel right at home and their hospitality made me family welcomed. The breakfast was great! And their company even better.

Staying with Juan was one of my best Air Bnb experiences ever. His home is perfectly located in Granada: a few mins away (walking) from all attractions, including the Central Park and La Calzada, where it all happens at night. Juan’s home is gorgeous. There’s beautiful indoor garden full of trees and birds, where he offers the most delicious homemade breakfast. Juan is a real local, so he knows everyone and will happily give you all the tips you need to have an authentic experience. Juan and his mum are incredibly generous and kind. Don’t hesitate to book

What an amazing clean find next to park central. Private bathrooms with WiFi, air conditioner, breakfast included, I loved it!
