Great location, everything we wanted to do was within an hour of the house besides Arenal volcano but it is a nice drive. House is obviously older but has amazing views, a very spacious outdoor area and pool area. The bugs as advertised were not an issue at all. There is a raccoon that surprised us the first night as we were eating outside but is harmless as it seems to be his residence as well he was pretty comfortable walking around the patio area. We did not us the lower bedrooms or game rooms we only used the upper 3 bedrooms those areas were not accessible from the main floor of the house so probably not where small kids would be comfortable staying. The parking area is very tight as the entrance is on a steep incline before entering the gate to the house but the security fence around the property is no joke. Overall great house in a really nice, quiet neighborhood that is developing and feels safe. Would defiantly stay again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Boris’s Place! The pool and breathtaking view were the highlight of our trip, and we spent most of our time relaxing there and soaking in the incredible scenery. One of our favorite parts was waking up each morning to see monkeys right outside—it felt like a true Costa Rican experience! The location was perfect: close enough to town for easy access to restaurants, shops, and activities, while still feeling peaceful and private. We traveled as a group of five, including two small children, and the house was ideal for our family. Everyone had plenty of space, and the property was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Boris was a wonderful host, and everything exceeded our expectations. We made so many great memories here and would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend Boris’s Place to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and unforgettable getaway!

We had an amazing stay in Costa Rica. The views are absolutely stunning, and I loved that every room had its own incredible view. The pool was a highlight and the whole place felt very relaxing. It’s also in a great location, close to the city and the beach. Definitely recommend staying here.

This was our first time in Costa Rica and everything was amazing! The house was spectacular with great views and gorgeous sunsets! You really don’t need to leave! Check in was easy, the house was clean and the pool was perfect. The town of Coco is minutes away with great restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The beach is also right there. I definitely recommend renting a car for ease of travel into town or other adventures. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful house. Breathtaking view. Large spacious house that was clean and well equipped, Great location, close to beach and local shops and amenities.

We had 8 people in our group and this home was truly perfect for us, great sized rooms with connecting/close bathrooms. The house and the bathrooms were very clean. Amazing pool with a nice view especially at sunset. And with the view comes a very hilly location, so I would definitely recommend having an SUV! Very happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone! Thank you!

We had a great stay at Villa Tattiana with two families staying in the beautiful home. There is so much to do within short drives of the Villa. The Hill is steep, so not quite walkable, unless you're looking for a good cardio challenge like we saw several others doing every morning. Howler monkeys and beautiful native birds in the nearby trees. The ocean views are absolutely breathtaking and have to be some of the best in the area! Boris' team was very responsive whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended!

The pictures of the view don’t do justice at all! I could say Boris’s property ruined our plans for our first trip to Costa Rica, because none of us wanted to leave the house to go out and explore this beautiful country! We spent most of our vacation floating in the pool, basking in the views. We did go to town to eat, and Playas del Coco was a great little town with tons of restaurants and shops and the nicest people. Our next trip to Boris’s house (because there definitely will be more!) we’ll try to broaden our horizon and explore more of Costa Rica. I can’t wait to come back!

Our group of six adults/seniors had a wonderful time vacationing in this villa!! The view from the villa is stunning and the sunset views are spectacular. There is a lovely pool as well as several outdoor sitting areas with lots of space and choices for solitude or visiting with your group. Kevin, and his support team, were very responsive to our questions and requests. As reported by other guests, the villa is located on a very steep road, so although the villa is in close proximity to restaurants, shopping and the beach, ideallly you should have access to a car or powerful golf cart. Four of the five bedrooms are spacious & bright with lovely onsuite bathrooms, while the 5th bedroom has access to a bathroom a few steps away. We enjoyed all of our dinners outside on the deck; however, we also had the option of dining inside. We would highly recommend this villa to others!!
