The room was clean, and we could use the pool until 9:00 pm. Mosquito screens were provided on all the windows. Unfortunately, it was a bit dark, and there was no unobstructed view from the windows because frosted glass had been installed. But otherwise, highly recommended!!!

Had a lovely stay here, it was super close to lots of restaurants and the beach! The apartment was clean and well taken care of. The pool was also great, beautiful area and nice to swim in during the day. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: the landscaping is lovely, the pool area so inviting, the downstairs rooms have lovely porches, the location is an easy walk to beach/town, and the key system is easy to manage, the WiFi was reliable (I was able to work remotely no problem). On the other hand…The rooms were more basic than expected and the bathroom is basically open air to the rest of the unit (fortunately I was staying solo) and the kitchen is sparse if you plan to cook. Overall a decent value but not fancy.

Beautiful place for smaller budgets. It is a beautiful pied-à-terre for those who want to enjoy the area to visit and not spend their time inside. Perfect for sleeping, having small meals and keeping clean.

Place was as described. Bed was very comfortable, staff did a great job, garden with pool was beautiful, ac worked great, communication was great also. Fun meeting other people that were also travelling in the building.

The stay is ok, not worth it in my opinion honestly. Paid extra since it was NYE, the bed sheets were stained, very small unit. No blanket, just a sheet. Was my only option for the busy weekend.

We stayed at this Airbnb for three nights, and the experience was deeply disappointing and stressful. The main and most serious issue was a persistent ant infestation. Every single night, we had to remove or kill around 20 ants inside the apartment. This was not a one-time incident but a recurring problem throughout our entire stay, making it impossible to feel comfortable or relaxed. Even more frustrating was the host’s lack of responsibility and communication. We informed the host immediately, but after a brief initial response, they stopped replying and left us alone with the problem. This level of indifference is unacceptable and shows a total lack of care for guests. In addition to that, the condition of the apartment was very poor and dirty. Do not be misled by the nice facade, such as the pool or the beautiful garden. It is very much a case of appearance over reality. Due to poor maintenance and an unresponsive host, it is a stay we would never repeat or recommend to anyone.

From the first moment we felt right at home. The place is very quiet and the pool is a very important point where you feel super comfortable. Thanks to Oscar and Pam for the accommodation. Highly recommended to spend a few incredible days in Tamarindo
