Justine and Ana were great! Beautiful house, very private. Would recommend staying, everyone was super helpful, and super respectful of our group being there. Special shoutout to Ana who helped us coordinate for a whole month ahead of our arrival.

Place is great. Better than pictured. Perfect area. Amenities are great. I would stay here again. We had a group of 11 and had more than enough space. A few things to improve on and should be noted for future guests: management is crazy stingy about towels. They only gave us 11 towels (and we didn’t get more when we asked) so 1 towel per person for several days and that’s for pool and showers. You have to pay for more. Also- they say daily housekeeping but this term is used very lightly. It’s basically turning over the beds and emptying out bathroom trash cans. We asked if the housekeepers could do dishes. They also wouldn’t sweep. We had their chef come and make a meal for one night. It was not worth the cost. We had 3.5 yr old kids with us. It’s barely safe for young ones. You have to cross a pool to get to the other house when renting out the entire property. It would be dangerous for kids under 3. So those are the pitfalls BUT they also gifted us free massages! Overall great stay

Had an amazing stay. Home is as beautiful as its pictures. Restaurants and stores are within 2-3 blocks. Host and their transportation services are responsive and very professional! Will absolutely stay again!

This place was and is your expectations!!! Ay dios mio! Looks like the picture and beyond! Listed amenities! Communication! Easy entry! Whatever concerns I had was taken care of. Can’t truly complain in regard of little things that negated unnecessary cosas

We had a large family gathering between the two casas. Beautiful houses with the attached backyard pools and patios. Excellent experience with the house keepers and grounds keepers. Tulum did not disappoint!

I leave honest reviews. 4.5/5, an almost perfect stay if there was minor improvements. But would definitely stay here again and recommend other to as well. First off amazing place that looks even better than the pictures, they did an outstanding job on setting up this place the vibe, what they have in the bnb and the ability to accommodate so many. Everything was clean and organized, the area is safe and around a bunch of great local food spots and convenience stores, great location. The only headache is with the air conditioning which they have some rules about not going under 23 degrees because it will make the AC not work, also required to turn off when you leave for an extended period, hard to get a group to do. The sofa bed on the 2nd floor is near the stairs, none of the stairwells have AC and there’s not one in that room so it is impossible for someone to sleep on it on a hot night so consider it -1 bed. Wifi signal is also nonexistent on the top floor but great elsewhere.

Incredible stay. There is more space than you can imagine based on the photos. Everyone had plenty of space to hang out and be private. Location is fine enough, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s going to be expensive for taxis to come and go but it’s expected in tulum. The host is great and provides clear instructions. Everything they offer is super expensive so we did not end up using it but overall the place was truly amazing.

MUST STAY!... If you're considering this place for you and your group, LOOK NO FURTHER! When Justine and her team refer to the "Tulum Experience", it is an experience indeed! The photos and reviews can't say enough, but hopefully mine does. From booking to arrival, from check-in to the day-to-day communication and requests, Justine and her team were magnificent. They provide luxury A-one service, from arranging welcome charcuterie and drinks, to custom Birthday decorations for my Mom and me, a private chef's dinner at the residence, dinner reservations in town, The Yacht Experience, and private transportation for our entire trip. Every service you can imagine, and more, will exceed your expectations. Housekeeping came daily, and the home remained pristine from arrival until the day we departed. Justine and her team even swooped in when we had a sudden emergency, making me and my party of 12 feel heard, safe, and comfortable. I cannot sing her praises enough! I'll be back. STAY HERE!
