Very nice house, it is as shown in the photos. The support staff was always attentive to our requests, and they were attentive so that we could spend a few pleasant days. As a suggestion, we think that the house lacked a little more lighting at night, there were spotlights but the distribution is a little far away (the spotlights) although it is no reason not to spend a few wonderful days.

It was an excellent experience. It should be understood that due to the location and weather conditions there is a lot of humidity, but when using the facilities the ventilation improves, although, at least in rainy times, there may be leaks. Irma and Esteban's willingness to help us have a good time was excellent. The great added value of this accommodation, in addition to the view and the tropical atmosphere, is undoubtedly being able to count on the service of Mrs. Irma. I highly recommend not missing that opportunity. My family and I know how to appreciate good food and I am not exaggerating when I say that Irma cooks DELICIOUSLY. Something that could be an area of opportunity for everything to be excellent would be to add air conditioning in the rooms because the heat is tremendous, in the rooms you are comfortable.

Carmen's house is an experience…… the best service (from Esteban, Irma and their children), the cuisine …. Irma's kitchen is wonderful... the ocean view made me relax, the original Acapulco reminded me, it's a great place to share with family and friends... I felt safe at all times... It's a place set in nature, on a cliff, where you feel very comfortable... with the natural experience of living with the local fauna...
