Close to the beach, very easy to find, accessible, the house is beautiful and well-equipped, the pool is clean, the bathrooms are clean, the lady who welcomes you is very friendly, the host responds quickly, and we didn't need anything.

First, I want to acknowledge that the listing was very clean and beds were comfortable. Also host responded immediately when I messaged. The issue was that I don't believe the listing was accurate with regard to the map location. The only communication was to give me the google maps coordinates. No address, no telephone number. After driving around for an hour, I finally messaged the host and asked it she could give me her phone number to speak directly. Turns out she is in the US and couldn't give accurate directions over the phone. So she called her pool guy who we followed from a gas station. The listing is pretty isolated, in a neighboring barrio to SJDS. The guard at the entrance to the development had not heard of the listing, nor was the house identified with a name plaque or house number. If I had been alone, I would not have stayed. In addition, absolutely no amenities. No coffee, paper towels. I have lived in Nicaragua for over 10 years.

Loved the house. Clean, spacious, it had everything you could use without having to bring anything! The area is super quiet, close to the city. The house is a 10/10 in every aspect, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, pool and equipment. Definitely recommended!

We loved Karol's house. It is great for everything! You can enjoy and have a good time at the house, it is really peaceful. You can also go out to meet places around with peace of mind. Everything is as listed.
