Jason's condo was fantastic. My family and I had a great time at the Villa La Estancia. Everything was as described in the description. It was family-friendly, in a great location, easily walkable to the marina area, and clean. I would certainly stay again and recommend it to small groups or families looking for a perfect location in Cabo San Lucas.

Had an awesome stay in Cabo! The host was friendly and responsive. The unit was clean, appeared just as pictured, and had the most beautiful view. I would recommend this spot to everyone!

The condo was amazing and in a great location. The view from the deck was gorgeous. Jason's place offers all of the benefits of home on a beautiful beach. You can walk the beach to restaurants and shops. The entire staff at the resort were so helpful and friendly. The 2 concierges were really helpful in answering questions and providing local recommendations. Our family of 5 spent Christmas week in Cabo and had an amazing experience.

We love staying at Villa La Estancia! We’ve been there several times. Beautiful pool and beach. Attentive staff. Easy access to restaurants. Jason’s unit was exceptional compared to other units we’ve stayed at. The furnishings have been recently updated which is awesome! Great view of the beach and pool area. We hope to stay there again!

This place exceeded our expectations and was even better than the photos! The unit was incredibly spacious, with a stunning view from the large patio. In mid-December, the patio was bathed in sunlight from noon until nearly sunset, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak up the atmosphere. The resort facilities were excellent—well-maintained and not overcrowded, so we never had to compete for beach or pool chairs. We also loved the kayaking tours available through the partner resort, which added a unique adventure to our stay. The housekeeping every other day was a nice touch, keeping the space clean and comfortable throughout our visit. The staff were all warm and welcoming, and Jason was an exceptional host. He quickly resolved a minor issue during check-in. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book Jason's place again. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful vacation in Cabo. Jason’s villa is perfect!! Great views and enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio each day!! The staff is very pleasant and always there with any questions!! The homemade margaritas and salsa and guacamole started the vacation off just right. Definitely will stay here again!!

Jason’s place was awesome and simply exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable and would not have changed a thing. Having your own concierge was so handy. Location was perfectly located and minutes from the marina and downtown Cabo. Will definitely be returning!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous. From the moment my family walked in, I knew that I was in paradise. The view of the ocean from the balcony was spectacular and the beds were the most comfortable ones that I have ever slept on. This was the first time I’ve traveled and not had back pain. My husband and daughter also agreed to this as well. The grounds at La Estancia were very well maintained and the staff was extremely friendly. The only negative would be the fact that the on site restaurants are extremely expensive. One lunch meal the day we arrived cost more than our Walmart food run later that day. It’s an easy walk to outside restaurants if you want a cheaper meal. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again!

Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at Jason’s place! It met our expectations in cleanliness and updated furnishings. The beds were very comfortable , which we appreciated! As to location, Downtown Cabo was less than a mile walk on the beach or by cab. The property has multiple pools and hot tubs, which never felt overcrowded & pool chairs were plentiful. We would absolutely stay at Jason’s place again!
