Beautiful colonial house ! You get the full Granada experience in this house.

We, my wife and I and our 2 kids, stayed at the house for 5 days. The house is really spacious and absolutely beautiful. We loved the inside pool and sitting out on the sidewalk watching life go by. The house feels safe in a safe neighbourhood and is a great base for exploring Granada and it surroundings. There is cleaning lady who comes every weekday and a pool cleaner who comes twice weekly. We would absolutely recommend.

This is one of our best airbnb’s experiences, and we have many (80!). A beautifully renovated house with double patio, with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, the pool, a huge kitchen and dining area… Don’t hesitate to book it, she is super helpful, the location could not be better. The only risk is that you will not want to leave :)

Everything was wonderful, impeccable service!

The home was gorgeous. AC units in each room. Milagros was responsive to any issues. The cleaning staff and helpers were great and move to resolve any issue quickly. The home was walking distance to La Hacienda and Kathy’s Waffles restaurants which we frequented. Taxi rides were 5 minutes or less to La Colonia Super Market and most other destinations within Granada. Taxis frequently drive by the home, so it should be easy to get one. My family enjoyed the pool at the home and having breakfast next to the garden. I did expect to hear outside noise, which during the day you might overhear the neighbors and traffic but was quiet at night until the morning rooster crow (haha). I highly recommend this home for your stay in Granada.

The place was absolutely beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better. The neighbors were great, and overall our stay was amazing. The only thing I’d mention is that the room with the bunk beds shown in the listing wasn’t available, which mattered since we were looking for a 3-bedroom setup for 3 adults. Other than that, we really enjoyed our time there.

Gorgeous colonial house! Walking distance to the center and restaurants. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly.

Gisella was very nice and helpful. I felt at home and love the security of the house.

Milagros place is well worth the price. It has this really cool indoor/outdoor feel. The place is very clean and the central garden, hammock, and outdoor seating are some of the standout features. Quick note: Make sure to bring your bug spray! Would love to stay here again next time I'm in town

Milagros is a great host with fast and swift responses which we really appreciate. Tim, the property manager, diligently helped us arrange the airport transfer, and the check-in was swift and easy because of the transport pickup from the airport. Gicela, the cleaner, maintains the villa very well and keeps everything clean and tidy. She is a friendly lady who comes by daily, though you can let her know if you prefer more privacy. The house is very spacious with three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. There are two TVs in two of the rooms, both with Netflix which is cool. There is also a lovely pool and garden, plus a washing machine and dryer, although you may need to ask Gicela how to operate them. The wifi is okay, though a bit unstable at times, which may not be an issue with the house but could be a general issue across Nicaragua. It was quite a cosy and big villa for just ourselves. I'm going to start by saying that the house is very pretty, very large, with a very nice natural environment, a colonial house with all the amenities, hot water, laundry, AC, last but not least, Gicela, the girl who cleans the house, is very kind and does a tremendous job keeping the house spotless.

Everything is very good, more than excellent. I would recommend that they improve the description and what they offer because they fall short of how beautiful it is and everything that is included.

Casa Dulce has surpassed our expectations. It is a lovely place to meditate and enjoy the family. All the amenities were excellent. Gisela made our stay so comfortable and convenient. Milagros took care of every detail and was available right away. The garden around the pool and the sitting areas creates a soothing environment. Granada has many attractions during the holidays, but Casa Dulce is such a gem that we didn't want to leave. Gisela is very knowledgeable of the activities going on around town. She kept the house spotless everyday. We appreciate Milagros' and Gisela's attention to detail. We will definitely come back to Casa Dulce.
