Kirsten‘s place is lovely with a great view of the ocean, terrific deck, for watching the birds and wild wildlife. Access to the Westin and the beach club are a great benefit.

Amazing place highly recommend to everyone

We loved our stay in Bougainvillea 1306 & the community of Reserva Conchal. From the friendly efficient shuttle drivers to the beautiful Conchal beach, everything was outstanding. Our host responded quickly & graciously let us check in a bit early. Such a fun trip we hope to return next year.

Very nice place for a family vacation. Beautiful views from the terrace. Kerstin was very responsive, making everything very smooth. I do suggest that Reserva Conchal should have at least 3 electric car chargers. There were only 2, but one was broken.

The place is very well appointed with anything you might need. Location is very good. Parking right in front. You’ll need to go down some stairs and then up to a second floor. Amenities are incredible, and the host was awesome.

Really great place. We were there during Christmas week and while the Westin was at capacity and we could not use the Pool/resturant set al (as mentioned in the listing) the Beach Club was available to us and was AWESOME. Beach access, pool, restaurant and bar, Golf course. Spa and exceptional gym. I would highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around the property. Extremely large, beautiful property and the Beach Club and Westin could be walkable but much easier and more fun to ride around in the cart! We had a party of 6, host gave us name for a service to help with car rental, cart rental, and also trips and adventures. Many many many off site local places to drive to for shopping and restaurants!! Overall great stay!!!

The apartment has lovely views and is well laid out. The Westin location is huge so find out how to use the shuttles and the location of the beach club which was lovely and you get access to.

Kerstin’s condo was awesome! It looks better than the pictures and the view is amazing. My family of four was very comfortable and we enjoyed the entire stay. We look forward to staying there again!

What a beautiful place. Location was perfect with great views. Kerstin was always available to answer questions, however, she provided very clear instructions and everything went seamlessly 😊.

Kerstin’s place is amazing. Very clean, private and quiet. The views are outstanding. Peaceful surroundings with Howler monkeys in the woods in the property. Very safe. Easy to go to the Beach Club by calling the complimentary shuttle (recommend small $ bills for tips). The beach is very clean and not crowded. Kerstin’s recommendation for a guide is a gem and took us on multiple day trips and helped us immensely when our flight back home got cancelled due to bad weather. There are good restaurants just outside the resort. Masala Indian restaurant was a great find and there is a well stocked grocery store right next door to the restaurant. Would highly recommend this place.

Amazing appartment. Lovely views. Very large and very well equipped. All amenities included. Nice check in process. Large rooms and kitchen , it has a lovely decoration and it does not feel like a touristy / for rent appartment, but a truly “home”. 100% recommended.
