You must have a vehicle because it is quite far away, the beach area is not ideal. I recommend going to other areas of the country with better options

If you are looking for a place away from the city, quiet, pleasant, safe for rest near the beach, it is the best place especially for the elderly . If you are going to go sightseeing, you need transportation to get around. I suggest renting a car since the internet signal from the cell phone is weak for Uber and Indriver.
