Had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Beautiful, serene, exceptional home! We received a wonderful handbook of information ahead of our stay, which was very helpful. Bettina was very helpful with making our transportation arrangements from Liberia and very responsive to all questions. The caretaker, Maynor, was also very kind and helpful during our stay. The house is spacious and very comfortable. There were many thoughtful amenities. It is perfectly equipped for entertaining. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in our many trips. The tropical setting was perfect for relaxing and just enjoying the company of our friends and family. We got to see howler monkeys a few times, but they weren't interested in us at all. (-: They were a little rowdy one night for a short time, but all the other nights were very quiet. The access to the beach club is a very nice amenity. The beach was a bit rocky, but very pretty. We enjoyed a great dinner there. Our whole group truly enjoyed our stay!

From the very first communication with the host, everything went smoothly in the best possible way. The manager and Amada were very friendly. The last-minute changes we requested were made without any problem. THE HOUSE IS SPECTACULAR and has everything you need and more to spend some great days with family and friends. We are definitely looking forward to coming back.

It was great to find this place last minute when we had to make some changes to our travel plans. It accommodated our two families of four easily and Bettina was responsive and helpful getting activities and golf carts together for us. Recommend if you are looking to stay in a beautiful home in a lovely area of Costa Rica. We spent a lot of time at the beach club and it was great with the kiddos to rent surf boards, do lessons, play in the pool, and eat delicious food!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous home! The house exceeded our expectations- it’s spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated! The kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms are luxurious, and the house had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was perfect for the family and the yard was private and peaceful with beautiful landscaping. The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club is a short golf cart ride away and has a restaurant, pool, and beach access. We loved the location since we could easily take advantage of all of the amazing restaurants and attractions nearby in Playa Avellanas and Tamarindo, I’m addition to amenities within Hacienda Pinilla. Lastly, the host was very responsive and the information shared in advance of our arrival was super useful. I definitely recommend booking this home!

I stayed at Homy in Pinilla for 4 nights, and the experience was very good. The house is comfortable, pleasant, and perfect for relaxing. I would especially like to mention the cleaning staff, who were 10/10: very attentive, efficient, and always kept everything spotless and clean. It's definitely a comfortable and recommended place.

This was honestly one of our favorite vacations! We had a wonderful stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our family of seven loved lounging by the pool, access to the beach club and enjoyed all the beautiful artwork throughout the space. Our host was fantastic, incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay!

Exceeded all expectations. We were a group of 9 celebrating an extra special 40th birthday. The pictures do not do the home justice as the grounds are absolutely stunning. This house is in Hacienda Pinilla which is about 20 mins from tamarindo. Our host went above a beyond addressing all of our needs. Will definitely revisit if I have the chance.

Loved Xanadu! Hands down own favorite Airbnb we’ve stayed in Costa Rica (4th time in Hacienda Pinilla, 14th time in the country). Host: Bettina is prompt, responsive, kind and provides great dining recommendations. Location: ideal. House is private and quiet but quick access to the Beach Club and Playa Avellanas via car, golf cart and approx 2 miles on foot. House: kitchen perfectly stocked for all food and drink prep. Appreciated the electric kettle for daily aeropress. Layout is ideal for a group: living/dining/kitchen in own wing, separate from bedrooms. Provides flexibility for early risers and night owls. Outdoor area: unbeatable. Comfortable, cozy area with the pool & loungers. Covered patio area ideal for midday heat. Majority of our time was spent in the pool/patio area. Again, thank you Bettina. Lovely stay.

The house is huge and well appointed with art and furnishings. The space worked well for the 10 of us (6 adults and 4 children). Everything went very smooth. We choose a different area every year to have a family vacation and this was by far the best house we have rented. Maynor was extremely helpful and brought the ladies that cooked a great breakfast for us every morning. The beach towels were excellent and the use of the beach club was very nice touch.

I go to Hacienda Pinilla every year with my family and this has been by far the best house I have ever stayed in. Super recommended!

We are a family from San José, and we have rented several houses in Hacienda Pinilla, this has been the best house we have ever stayed in. The layout of the house, the decor, the kitchen with everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is very suitable for large family groups where everyone finds their space, and those who want a quiet place to rest, as well as those who want a more social atmosphere, coexist. The maintenance service was very good, they immediately addressed an issue with the A/C and communication was always very good. The host was flexible, friendly and attentive to what we requested. This is definitely the house I want to stay in every time I go to Hacienda Pinilla.
